Mixed review. The tall guy at cash, no name tag of course, could not have been bothered less to help me. He literally said, ok it's ready. And grunted at the pinpad. ( Sat, July 16th 5:10pm) But, the fellow who made my drink tried his best to be EXTRA nice. I got the feeling he's been compensating for his coworker for a while and is used to not having my name on the drink and having to smooth things over for Mr. Couldn't Care Less.

Like every starbucks drinks are good, service is friendly, accommodating staff and good prices.

The staff are always a delight! My coffee is made perfectly and is always ready when I get here for pick up.I’d avoid school lunch hours and right after schools ends as this entire place gets taken over by teenagers and becomes loud with exceptionally long lines.

I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich for my friend and a beyond meat one for me because I am vegetarian. When I got the sandwiches mid way eating me and my friend discovered they put the sandwiches in the wrong bags meaning I had been eating the meat one.

Very pleasant service. So happy to see people sitting inside once again.

It was the first visit since the start of Covid. I missed the cozy buzz of tables filled with customers chatting and enjoying their time together. Hopefully, the ambience will improve as we move forward to more tables and chairs in eating establishments. The banana cake was recommended and it was delicious; light and fluffy.

By far the worst location I’ve ever been to. All the workers here have the worst attitude. Lady with the pink hair and eyebrows is very rude. My friend and I came to this location, and both got caramel macchiato’s with extra caramel, we came back because we noticed we never got any extra caramel and the lady told us there was a limit on how much caramel they can give us. I’ve never heard that before and I paid extra for it so I don’t know what her issue was … I will never come back to this location ever again.

I went in with my 4 year old daughter and a friend. We’d been for a walk and wanted to warm up as it was -5 degrees. We ordered and paid and then we were asked for proof of ID and vaccinations which we have but as we are from the uk it wasn’t good enough!! Or valid which is is otherwise we wouldn’t have been allowed in the country! However We still weren't allowed to stay. So I asked if I could have a refund as I couldn’t carry the drinks and my tired daughter and I was told no. I also asked if my 4 year old could use the bathroom and again was told no and to leave!Worst experience I have ever had in my whole visit to Canada.

Rude staff that are not familiar with the law ?? would not let my partner and daughter sit in store or even use the toilet. Would not accept a UK driving license as suitable I.d yet it is, its been accepted everywhere they've been. Plus, the Canadian gov website says it is a suitable form of I.d! Absolutely ridiculous
