We were in the area and stopped for pizza. We don't have this chain in our area so we wanted to try it. Mel was so sweet and kind. The pizza combinations were great and the pizza were loaded with toppings. The chicken pesto pizza is a must. Crust was wonderful, not too thick and great crunch. Thank you for a great exp. If we ever go back to that area we will be sure to eat there again.
Today I visit with my friends around 1.15 , when we were ordering there the person who was taking order too rude. He behaves like that we don’t know how to order, I just said two times that I need olives and he said You already told me how many times u gonna tell. We were trying to say that we need extra cheese and he said it already comes with the cheese in sarcastic way. He was behaving like we never ever ate pizza in life (like seriously). If I can give zero stars I will definitely do it and it was middle aged person.
Best pizza in the area. Better than Pizza Pizza, Domino's, Pizzaiolo etc.Perfect every time. Yummy crust and lots of toppings.Very friendly staff!
Well that was bad, I love pizza but this place is one of the worst pizzas ever had, the dough is tasteless, the cheese and the topings are really bad.They really need to improve the quality of the pizzas, asap.
I ordered one large 3-topping pizza (pepperoni, mushrooms and pineapple) along with a box of 8 chicken wings through Uber Eats. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive to my house but they were still hot by the time I got them, which was nice. The pizza tasted good, similar to many other pizza shops in Toronto. The wings weren't so great though; they were small, soggy and a bit too salty. In the future, I wouldn't mind buying another pizza from here (but no wings).
One would assume that the poster on the wall is accurate; a ponzo AND A drink is $6.99. However after my final bill I notice it was $10+. I was told by the employee that I was charge both separately. He couldn't do anything about it and recommended I call head office. I called them and they said that they couldn't do anything and call the store. I got the run around. I gave it a 2 star rating not because of the money, I did because of the principle. They should be honoring the ad/ promotion. It basically false advertisement.
Usually order from the Lawrence location which is usually fantastic, but this time I got a pizza order from here which turned out to be the worse pizza I have ever had. It was burnt , arrived cold and lackluster. Just horrible, expect so much better from pizzaville. Shame. 1/5Update: ordered again and this time the pizza was on point along with the garlic bits. Now this was the pizzaville I remember. 4/5
Which ever guys worked tonight, the pizza was horrible and they totally messed up the wings! The pizza was made with barely any sauce or cheese, and the artichokes had huge chunks..like c'mon, the hard parts of artichoke too, which never happens there. We asked for plain regular wings and got breaded wings barely cooked inside and the oil tasted like they needed to change it, kind of fishy. I love this location and never had a problem with their food till today. I hope those guys can take a bit more pride in the food they make. Sorry, I just had to say something..I was so dissapointed.
