Disappointed in todays sub. White bread was not fresh, at best I'd say day old. Made a big difference to taste and enjoyment.jmcam
Ordered on skip got 3$ worth of food for 28$ for example 2 slices of tomato on a 12 inch sub, owner of this place should be ashamed, no wonder they are all closing, do not order from this place online you will get ripped off (reply to owner nice reply call the customer a liar , I'm not a liar my friend everything in my review is 100% true but thanks for your concern)
I was delighted with the service and quality of subs we received from her!I had always thought of myself as a Subway gal, but this particular Mr. sub location is far better!

This Mr.Sub location does not disappoint. Bread is always fresh and there is always a few people working there ready to take your order even when it’s busy it’s never a long wait time.
For me to post about a fast food chain it has to be for a specific reason.. And the sub I had last night was memorable for a positive reason.Everyone knows what to expect when you go to Mr. Sub vs Subway - my preference is the former as for me it has that classic 'sub' flavour.Got my usual assorted but this sub was bursting, it was so full of toppings, as in hard to pull out of the bag kind of full. It was so fresh. I noticed that they're putting freshly shredded cheese too which is nice but to be honest, I think I prefer the white processed cheese they used before.. I'm pretty sure it's still an option.Service was great. I ordered through Ritual (yay, points) and they apologized that it took longer than expected. They were busy! And they had 3 employees working that night. Friendly staff which makes such a big difference.Wish there were more Mr.Subs in my area than Subways but oh well.. Will be happy to continue going to this Coxwell location.
Great friendly service and generous with the ingredients. Better prices are far better than Subway. Will continue to go here. It reminds me of my childhood. BEST EVER!!!!!!
This mr sub was a long time fav location. For many years. It's unfortunately that over the last few visits. The subs haven't been made with love. Less toppings, a lot of the hot meats are cooler and not heated as they should be. If you don't go in person and use a delivery order option. You can be sure the sun will show up with missing items and less to no toppings. As if they are cutting back on making a sub the way it should be. If you want to try a good sub try Belly Busters at jones and queen. They don't hold back on toppings and make sure to get the orders right. The workers at coxwell and o Conner are lazy and the owners have so much excuses to why your food wasn't made the right way.
Sure the place looked clean. But someone might want to explain why wear gloves if you are going to touch the food and then the cash and the microwave door and everything else. No tongs used or anything.
