In the time that I've lived across from them, in Crescent Town, I've gone to the store 2-3 times a month. The food is good, the chicken moist, and the fries and onion rings are good too.However, the staff don't listen, or think they know better.Today was the 3rd time this year, that I bought one of their chicken burgers, and asked for it to be mild. When I got home, and tasted it, it was a spicy burger. I removed the chicken from the bun, removed the skin from the chicken, and ate that plain. The bun, onion rings on the burger, and the skin, all went into the garbage.I was very explicit that I wanted it to be non-spicy. But they just don't listen, and don't want to deviate from the way it's "supposed to be made". If they would listen I'd probably give them 4 stars.
It was 9 pm. They close at 3 am. Why is there no chicken up? Last time we came in, they had no spicy breasts. This time there was no regular breasts. After I got the chicken 20 some minutes later, I asked, "Why don't you have chicken ready when you still have 6 hours before you close?" She said they had a lot of orders but I told here then why were the breasts only ordered up when I had asked. I had ordered breasts. Mine was a rib so half my chicken was bone.This place would be a great place to have a restaurant!!
We really love Church Chicken and their biscuits. Moderately reasonable price. This location is good. Friendly staff. Enough parking spots are available since this is at a plaza. Little bit of line up. But they make the orders ready pretty fast. I am personally not a big fan of their fries but they are not too bad. I wish they had hot sauce. We got 12 pcs combo with 1 large fries and 1 large coleslaw. This combo comes with 6 pcs of biscuits, we added two extra biscuits. 5 people dined easily.
Ordered tenders for my lunch they were fresh and juicy. Their biscuits are amazing?
Employees were okay. Fries tasted average. Chicken sandwich was good. Location is fair. Food was pretty good.
The restaurant seems to be clean, and looks updated.I ordered a spicy chicken combo. The chicken was dry, and bland, yet it was very oily. Which makes sense because it seems like they have precooked a large batch of it ahead of time. No idea when it was cooked, but it wasn't to order. There also wasn't a hint of spice to it. Not good.The fries were somewhat crispy, but felt like they had been sitting out for a while.I really liked the biscuit. It was slightly sweet, which compliments the salt in the rest of the meal.I might go again.
Had their mexicana sandwich recently. I usually order chicken here but the sandwich was extremely good as well. The chicken inside was crispy and the red onions just took this sandwich to the next level.
