One of the worst locations I've visited. Something was off. The burgers had no taste (order 6 burgers, 3 were meals) whatsoever, the fries were ok and the apple turnovers weren't sweet? I mean, it's a franchise, everything should come in a package and then be served, but I don't know. "my" location is at Lawrence Ave W and I never had any problems there. Taste, temperature, even service is good! Won't be returning to this one.
Ordered the 3 chicken sandwich combo with 20 nuggets and chicken fries from your location through skip the dishes. I don't know why this happens to us with multiple locations. The 20 nuggets and chicken fries were missed...thankfully got a credit from skip the dishes. But now have had to order more food for our family. Please please please make sure the staff throughly check orders. We love the food just this get frustrating after multiple attempts. Losing hope over here!
Went this morning to get a meal for my whole family overall was good but the reason for the 1 star is that one of the burgers was half cooked.
Finally I can cut the McDonald's ball and chain in East York. Kings combo series are a must try. ( Make sure ur hungry) Generously priced for greater quality than McDonald's. Great staff @ Burger King, professionally renovated as well.
Have been here 3 times since it opened. Every time the burger is just barely warm when it's coming to the counter. With how long the food takes you'd think everything is being cooked to order. Friendly service and seemed clean, but I'd rather go to McDs across the street. More consistent and they get my orders right.
Brand new Burger King location that opened not too long ago. Food was on par with all their other locations I've visited. Whopper I had was decent, wished they were able to time the burger and fries a bit better. Super hot fries with a luke warm burger wasn't the best first dine in experience. Social distancing measures in effect. Vaccination passport is required for dine in.
Great Service. I just ordered through Burger King app and I got there 10 mins later my order was ready. I was so happy with their customer service and also food was super delicious. Thank you certainly I will come back again.
If you're crunching pennies and want to experience sticky tables, then by all means, eat here. The staff is definitely friendly, food is okay-ish. But honestly, it's an emergency option tbh if the other establishments around the neighborhood are closed. My humble request, make the tables and chairs clean and hopefully the star rating might go up a little.
Don’t go if you are hungry. The service is sooooo slow. Even if you only have three people in line you are going to wait forever… Not very clean either. Nice food though.
