I agree staff are like zombies. Always dirty tables and seats, the floor doesn't get clean for days I found the same ketchup spots after a week it's still there now.
Everyone here is sleepwalking, moving slower than zombies. Had to wait for 20 minutes after ordering for a simple whopper combo. Staff moving so slow, no sense of urgency as multiple customers vent frustrations with wait times.
Went to the drive through at 1150 on 06-22-22 and they refused to serve me. I understand its close to closing time but I work nights and now I don't have enough time to go elsewhere. It's a shame we have such lazy people in the service industry.
Came during rush hour and the servers were busy working. However, they acknowledged us as soon as they could and gave good service.
Firstly, I had to wait 5 minutes to be served. I felt that they were doing me a favor. I ordered a Whopper. The tomatoes were soft. No Pickles and about a 1/4 cup mayonnaise on the burger. It was very disappointing. No staff member at the order counter. The guy from the drive thru had to take my order. I asked if I can get a receipt. I had to tear it off the printer. Then I wanted to pay cash and they had no change.
I’ve Been going here for over 15 years. The quality sucks, orders are always wrong, and slow service never fails
I ve ordered 40 mins before my arrival. I arrived and am still waiting for 15 mins those guys to prepare my meal. Also when i reached home, the burgers were expired. This place should be fixed. If you ask me, Just drive for another couple minutes and find another fast food chain.
Slowest Burger King by far.Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for food, as apparently it takes the cashier and two other assistants to prepare Uber orders rather than take orders at cash.
I have to say, today must've been the worst day to pick up breakfast at Burger King. I figured I'd take advantage of a two can dine sausage croissan'wich deal with the wife. Got home only to find the bacon version. I'm like okay. It happens. I then sample the hash browns only to find them overdone as if they spent another 4 minutes in the fryer. I even picked up a couple blueberry turnovers only to find apple instead or should I say "Bapple"?
I mixed feelings about this place.First, I feel like Burger King is underrated for the charbroiled taste on the burgers-- I would take a burger from Burger King any day over McDonalds and the like just for that added flavour. I appreciate they keep trying new styles of burgers to keep it interesting.However, their sides are pretty much all not great. Fries are very bland even when fresh, chicken fries and mozzarella sticks are also bland and the turnovers are actually kind of okay.This location's manager is an awful human being. While I was ordering, it seemed like the sink behind the counter was having an issue, the lady that seemed like the manager, was physically pushing associates that were trying to help out of the way and throwing boxes that were around the sink on the floor so the associates could pick it up. That is garbage behaviour from someone who should be leading their team.The new "Chik'n" sandwich is awful. Dry and has a weird spice rub that's not flavourful, but has a mild afterburn.Overall, decent burgers, awful management, cashiers have been nice, wait time is medium (3-5 minutes) at counter.
