If you're looking for flavourful food and excellent service, do yourself a favour and stop by Aroma at Leaside.The menu is extensive with a number of great options, but I found amazing value with the combo options which allow you to try some of the top items at an excellent price.The new ownership has done a great job freshening up the decor inside, and the incredible food is only outdone by the top-notch service. I will definitely be making a return in the near future as there are many more unique items to try.
I ordered coffee and soup, after 30 minutes waiting for my order, I got tired and asked the man at the counter when will my order be ready. He then admitted that they prefer to take care of online orderwd and my order will not be ready anytime soon (if I hadn't approached him, who knows for how long I would have waited). I can only conclude from their complete disregard of my time that they have 0 respect for their customers and you should have that in mind if you plan to visit there.
Fast service, clean, fresh food, great coffee
We went for a breakfast and it was a great experience. The place was neat & clean, staffs were friendly. We ordered egg croissant and fig & goat cheese croissant. Omlette in the croissant wasn't tasty enough but the fig & goat cheese was refreshing and very delicious.
This coffee place is awesome! First time here and YOU have to visit the location . Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is really friendly as soon as you enter the store they all great you. They know what they’re doing. the service we received was amazing and we will definetly will back here. Food and drink are pretty good, The hazelnut mocha is the best drink. The price is a bit pricey but it’s 100% worth it.
Ordered a latte from here this week and Connie was wonderful, the latte art was very pretty as well. Very nice experience!
Quite possibly the worst aroma location I have ever been to. Front staff is extremely incompetent and lack training. Ordered two teas to go and the girl at the front grabs the tea bags with her hand when all other locations use tongs, fills the cup half full in which I had to ask her to fill them up. Goes to fill the cup and uses the same metal tin that is used for espressos to transport that water into my cups. Told her not to do that and to use a paper cup to fill the cups up with clean water. Incompetence at it's finest and just an overall horrible experience. Will never spend a penny ever here again. If I could give zero starts I would. What a joke of a place.**To your reply: She was not wearing plastic gloves. She had just finished cleaning something with a rag and cleaning product, didn't even wash her hands after and then proceeded to grab the tea bags with her hands and put them in the cups.
New favorite location to get a morning coffee. Accidentally went here instead of tims but decided to try there coffee ask for some suggestion and the girl suggest me the Aroma coffee with oat milk and the coffee taste better and tasty?The staff are so friendly and nice as well.Keep the good work.
