I ordered two chicken wraps through ubereats and it was cold and solid like a rock and most importantly I got a long female hair in my food I could take a picture of it but I thrown the food when I saw it. The most worst experience I’ve had. I think they should have check the food handling safety before preparing food. Disappointed!
Ordered from this location 20 nuggets on uber eats, didnt attempt to follow my small request and additonally i had vomited not even 10 minutes after eating this. Hard pass
I always support local and small chain whether I travel abroad or locally and I ordered online thru doordash a 2 piece meal with fries and pop plus iced coffee.the problem was I found foreign object(long hair) on my food. My anxiety went to the roof since I ate a few bites already. With this pandemic going on and basic food handling protocols, does the store provide hairnets? Im so sorry but I needed to raise a red flag on this to improve the store’s foodhandling.

A couple years ago I would've given a 5 star review. I was recommending specifically this location (the Lawrence location is way greasier, still is) to all my friends, family, and even coworkers because their food was good and their prices were so much lower than any of the big names.Even throughout the pandemic and the price hikes, I was still frequenting 4C minimum three times a month because of their 10pc dark meat daily special and their 50pc wings Sunday special. But I don't think I'll be going as often anymore.These specials have risen at least $5 since precovid prices which is whatever since they're still cheaper than anything else you'd find out there anyways. But I've been screwed on the wait times far too often. I always call ahead and when they say 20 mins, too many times I've waited double, sometimes triple that for freshly fried chicken. One time I called ahead and when I arrived 20 mins later, I still waited another hour for their Sunday special. They at least admitted that they mistakenly gave my order to a walk-in customer. All the other times, they fall back on the excuse that they're "busy" but when it happens to me so many times, I'd call that a pattern. There are so many different ways to address this issue:1. Get better at estimating wait times2. Provide free WiFi for your customers3. Hire more staff if you're seriously that busyTheir chicken is good, it's fine. I honestly don't care if some of their wings have a stray feather to pluck because nothing's perfect but my girlfriend hates it and she loses her appetite when she notices. I've stopped ordering their gravy because on two separate occasions, something tasted really off about it.I'm not gonna say I won't come back here because their food is still good and their prices are still competitive but I'm worried if I call an hour ahead, my food won't be fresh anymore

The spicy fried chicken sandwich and fried chicken and onions rings are a must try and the prices are decent and the chicken is delicious

This place is hidden but when you do find it it’s worth every penny!It’s definitely a take out spot. It looks like donut spot a first glance.They make your chicken fresh! So you will have a 15/20 min wait time depending on how much chicken you order! The chicken is steaming hot and delicious! I normally get the spicy chicken breast combo.BrownsRUs:YT
