Good food, but check your order. The always forget something or give you the wrong order.

I've been going to this Wendy's since I was a kid. Some of the staff has watched me grown up since I was a kid and I know a few personally. I even know the owner of this location.Every BAD experience I've had was with the SAME African lady whose been there for a short period of time. To keep it short she is not a nice lady, handed my food disrespectfully, and slammed my drink on the counter. Other encounters she just did not have any professionalism and seem like she could not care any less. The only reason why this post gets 4 is for the reputation that's been upheld bu the people that's worked there for many years.
The food was great and the service was fast. I regularly pick up food here and I can say that the speed and order accuracy has been perfect.I also like most of the menu and I think you can't go wrong. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich is my favorite across all fast food chains.Keep up the good work.
Older woman who works at the driver tru is the rudest person in customer service I’ve ever met.I asked her for a sauce & she says WHAT!!!!! I didn’t even care about my change at this point and was going to drive away and she yells out the window like crazy YOUR CHANGE. so i back up slightly a car honks and she drops my change out the window all over the ground and says to me… YOU SHOULD BE CAREFUL HOW YOU DRIVE!this experience was literally worse than one star. Sad because I love Wendys too but the staff is terrible
Driveway location is confusing with Tim Horton's way. Payment receiving window left unattained. Other counter is receiving payment and serving food. Services need to be faster as office surrounding working people are focus oriented customer. food quality is really good.
Never had a problem with all my orders however i decided to dine inside for once and noticed so many fruit flies flying around inside. 4 stars though!
The order delivered, was not as requested. I received someone else's spicy chicken burger instead of the requested Dave's double.Although being short staffed, it is still more important to provide quality service and serve less customers, than to push volume and screw up.
