Pretty good Tim's, sometimes they do get a little busy and the newer employees get a bit frazzled, but I do recommend this location.
I was out early , so went for breakfast, the staff was good and prepared exactly what I wanted, the ambiance of location was nice and it was clean and well arranged.
The person was very rude and had lots of attitude. Our food tasted off, like they did something to it. Our cream cheese bagel had no cream cheese and the hash brown tasted off. The coffee didn’t have enough sugar even though I asked for 2 sugars. ?
Just stopped by this Tim Hortons location for a coffee and let me say this…it’s the worst coffee I have ever had from Tim’s. Very watery and doesn’t even taste like normal Tim’s coffee. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
This drive thru was very slow that day. Not my usual Timmy's so I don't know if that is the norm here

Very nice clean, well organized store inside out. Got me a french vanilla steaming hot very flavory. The trainee lady seems dissatisfied when I use a handful of changes to pay for my drink, but her team supervisor jump in and calm her down immediately, telling her that it's all money so no problem I don't need to apologize. Very quick response and service speed, I'm grateful!
Manager is so rude, not just with customers even with his own employee,, I don’t understand why they wann work in customer services business if they can’t put their ego on side, I had large soup take out and they did not even gave me enough but it look like half portion of half bun… I mean we are paying for it so why they are being so cheap about it,,, this is not my first time being ignored when I complain

The drive-thru person took an empty can for the garbage from the car in front of me.That's completely wrong.She didn't even wash her hands after the fact. Disgusting
