This was my first time visiting this location of St. Louis bar and grill and I was amazed at the service and quality of food. Our servers name was Patti and she was amazing. She was friendly, fast and efficient. The manager Sari was very friendly and made sure everything was fine. the food was fantastic, and the service was amazing. Patti and Sari if you read this, thank you for making my meal one of the best I ve ever had.
A group of us were at he Spring Hill Marriott for a hockey tourney this weekend and honestly it may have been the best takeout experience ever. Order was taken quick; she put people's name on everything with no confusion, everything was right, lots of dipping sauces and utensils and the food was great. If I remember the name right I think it was Alexis (Friday evening) - I was uber impressed as you just don't get service like that anymore. Thanks!
For a place known for their ribs and wings, both were honestly disappointing. The ribs tasted rubbery and bland and the wings tasted burnt. Not the worst food but definitely not what you expect when going to a wing and rib place. The burger was also burnt and bland. Our server only checked with us once, which was upsetting as had she asked us one more time, aside from right after we got our food, we would have spoken up. To sum up our visit… burnt, bland, and disappointing.
Worst experience in at Louise and I have wings at down town and Brampton location every week. They were busy so she said it will take 20 min. After 30 min I go there to pay and pick up order. She mentioned it will take more time. So no problem, understanding they’re busy. Here’s my complain, Came back after 15 min, standing in the front. Servers pass by me and keep ignoring me standing there. I see a food bag sitting in an Uber delivery bag. After 5 min standing there I decided to reach and see what’s in the Uber bag which turns to be my food. Really disappointed with staff ignoring me and in result me finding my food myself.
Haven't been to a St.Louis in quite a long time and was a little disappointed by the menu changes. We were having a craving for wings and onion nuggets only to find out the nuggets are no longer on the menu. Still good food and enjoyable hostess.

I come here a lot, although I do t think I'm yet'regular' and have had one bad experience that I felt compelled to post a review about, and for which management immediately resolved.I am posting a review tonight because I was here the night of November 11, and I saw a WAITRESS, who I now know is Nicky, expertly handle extremely irrational, unreasonable, and obnoxious patrons and feel she deserves credit for how great she was tonight. She expertly handled very difficult patrons, remained calm, polite, and respectful in a situation I know I certainly would not have.Nicky is the best waitress at this bar, and didn't deserve what she had to experience. I hope she knows her good work is noticed and appreciated by all of us!
I understand this location becomes very busy over time, but don’t even bother calling them, they never answer.Also, when things get busy and customers come in and ask for the wait time, maybe make a wait list? I’m shocked because this is one of the few in the area who doesn’t do that, so I stood there while the waitress sent me and hungry customers outside in the rain instead of taking our info for the wait.I understand COVID means we can’t crowd inside and wait, but at least make a wait system? It’s really easy and I’m surprised how disorganized they are.
