Ordered a lamb souvlaki today and I received the most terrible food ever. Lamb was half cooked and after chewing it for 10 minutes still feels like a plastic so I gave up.Roasted vegetables was literally just big pieces of zucchini not cooked!!Cesar salad size was a joke comparing with the price I paid.Do not recommend this restaurant at all.
Every time I go in here, the staff are working their butts off! The food is always fresh and yummy. Our order is always correct. The ingredients are fresh and everything is delicious. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. We've been coming here pretty consistently since July '21 as we are in the area often and we not had a negative experience. Even though the staffing changes we've experienced nothing but good service.
This is not Mr. Greek the new owners have ruined this place. Chicken is rubbery. Food is bland. Take out orders are packed very sloppy and messy. They frequently or probably conveniently forget items and then offer no resolution to the problem. No one takes responsibility for anything that’s wrong with order. Stay away from this place. Gross food and service.
Horrible experience! The Manager named Dave is VERY racist towards people of colour! I placed a dine in order and was seated at a table by a staff member, but was then approached by the manager Dave shortly after stating that we cannot dine in and he could not serve my party of 3 due to being "understaffed" even though the restaurant was empty. He then proceeded to accept EVERY dine in order by white customers for the next hour until the restaurant was completely full and he personally served them as I stood and waited for my order of 3 gyro pita wraps to go. I will NEVER eat at any MR. Greek location again!
Just picked up a family feature. It comes with 8 skewers, 2 sides, salad, pita, and cookies. The sides I got are potato’s and fries. Shouldn’t the fries be full to the top? This is how I got the fries. Sorry looking fries I must say!
Bad night!! After having a horrible experience with Zets we decided to go to trusted and true Mr. Greek express near Vaughan Mills. I haven’t been there in two years because of the pandemic. We ordered out what we usually order shish kebab with rice and potatoes and salad. The salad was OK but the shish kebab was so hard and burnt we couldn’t eat it. The rice and potatoes taste sort of what they used to but not the same. I called and they told me that they changed management. That explains that. So if you haven’t gone there in a while and you think the foods gonna taste like it did two years ago it doesn’t .
New years eve, terrible phone service. No manager or higher authority on presence. Ablsulote mess. I hope management sees this, if everyone ran a business the way you did, there would be a lot of unhappy people in the world. So do better. Happy new years
Their rice is so moist. I ordered delivery from Nathan on Friday and he was sharp!
Ordered 1st time and it'll be the last time. Chicken was cold and tasted only like burnt smoke. Rice was under-seasoned and bland. Potatoes were lumpy and no flavor. Called twice and asked the manager Lisa call me back please. She never did. Came in and finally spoke to Lisa who said she cannot do any refund or offer a new dinner in exchange. Offered only 20% on the next meal. No thank you. They need to work on the food preparation.
Ordered Calamari, Rise and potato, everything was raw Calamari smells really bad, and the potato undercooked, it’s clear why they are closing many branches… managements doesn’t care and employees passing their hours.I went and returned the food, the cashier when she saw me she said nothing as if they knew it.It’s disappointing.
