There is a KFC app and this location you can’t pre-order nor pick up from.deleted app, not going to KFC anymore. there are other convenient fast food places to go , that you can use an app for. get with the times dummies!
Service is super slow! Not to mention that I had to clean off a table just to dine inside. Asked for Mayo they wanted to charge me $0.35 for it yet you should've seen the drop they put on my chicken sandwich. They skimp on toppings. Bun was not fresh! My husbands chicken was cold even. I overheard a Customer asking for ketchup and she was told they had none? What?? Never again will I ever eat at KFC.
Ok food, though given the portion sizes you should use a smaller box for the boneless box. It looks very outsized. Service got a 1, because covid isn't 100% over and anybody not wearing a mask gets an automatic 1. Very slow for an empty restaurant. I noticed that I was the only person there but she put down a full bucket of popcorn chicken in the fryer. I hope they had online orders not on the screen or the people right after me who came in five maybe ten minutes after I ordered got them or someone's going to get cold popcorn chicken.
poor customer service always close 30 min before.seem like they dont want more customer who ever is manage this store Read this before i complain to head office .
Hot wings were rock hard, old and stale. Definitely not purchasing again.
Poor customer service did not smile or say hi 7 minutes wait for next tray come out and when I ask for guest WiFi she said not for public then why would you put “guest” in the first place “staff/employee only” but I love my fresh Kfc!
I don’t usually leave reviews for fast food chain restaurants but this place is a disaster. Try avoiding and go elsewhere, as this place is way off the expected standards. The fries where old and stale, the chicken size is tiny and the hot wings were rock hard.
Fantastic customer service! The person there was super nice and kind! They also warmed up the location for us when we told them. They also have Vegan options! Definitely recommend this branch and kudos to the fantastic customer service!
Horrible customer service. Forgot our drinks and Ga e us the wrong sandwiches. Call the store and they told me the order was right....I think I know what I ordered when I placed the call! Very ignorant staff. They refused to listen to me when I called. Think they need a refresher course and manners and customer service. Last time I ever order from KFC.
I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. We placed an order online and had it delivered. It took over 1.5 hours to arrive, mind you we live 5 minutes down the street from this location.To top off the extremely long wait time, they forgot to send 2 fries orders and sent 2 of the wrong sandwiches. Our order was VERY clear, and I will post a photo of our order confirmation as well. If you look at the photo you can very clearly see what the order requires!We have been calling the customer service line and all they do is message the store and transfer me there. I’ve been transferred to the store 15 times now and NO ONE picks up the phone there.Needless to say we ended up ordering from elsewhere and we still haven’t been contacted by the store.It is October 3rd at 6:21pm and we have been waiting for a call back for an hour now.I want a refund for this or maybe at least for someone to answer the business line and assist us with our problem. This is ridiculous. TERRIBLE service.
