The ordering system in store went down. As we arrived. They quickly checked that the mobile app was still working. They had us order via the app and we were served in minutes. Their communication was great and I was impressed w how quickly they handled the siruation
If you order from here off Uber or skip, be prepared for your order to be wrong. Bought two items only, a chicken sandwich with two toppings and a Buffalo chicken wrap with 5 completely different topping from the first order, the put the two toppings on both items and ruined the second item.
Good and convenient location. Every time using it in the drive-thru. The quality of the burgers is as usual.
food was good but why do the workers not care about how they put the food in the bags? i’m confused as to why someone decided to put my poutine on its side in the bag. gravy was all over the place

The worst Harvey's. Placed mobile orders. One was supposed to be ready at 6:53 and ended up getting it at 7:24. Everything was cold and unenjoyable. One staff member is rude and incompetent. Another customer was screaming at staff. Something needs to change at this location
Worst staff. Little short asain girl is useless. Waited 30mins for simple cold burger.
Unfortunately this location is not worth going to any longer. Drive thru is super slow, at least 10 minutes for a single combo. I wouldn't mind the wait if the order was done right, but they got all the toppings wrong on my burger, didn't bother coming back since they would most likely get it wrong again like my other order a week ago. Will change the review if service improves.
The food was fine but the wait in the drive-thru was 20mins!I would understand if they were busy but there wasn't anyone in the parking lot or the restaurant!What's up with the solo lids on all the drinks?!
