My experience at this locations was fantastic! Staff is very friendly, place is very clean and the portion size was solid. All around a great experience!
Avoid this location as much as possible (can't stress enough)!There has been a change in ownership or something else. All experienced/friendly staff are gone!Now the service quality is the worst (as if they purposely are trying to hurt their customer base) and the portion size has been reduced ridiculously, compared to other locations in the city.Also, got an email from Freshii advising that the store would call but it's been weeks and still waiting.
This place is fantastic service! Shoutout to Tanveer for making it a custom experience, building great connection and making this place feel of the highest standard. Highly recommend!!

The girl working there "Bianca" on August 20, 2021 at evening shift has worst customer service skills. She talks with the customers in rudely manner when customer inquires about the product. She is just getting her job done to be paid only. I didnt check reviews before going there. It's not recommended place! Worst experience.
Visited this location today-got a protein addition (added chicken) and was charged for the chicken but did not receive any. Staff does not answer the phone, so I couldn't even call to explain my experience and ask for my money back on an addition I didn't receive. In addition to this issue, the portion size was incredibly small. Will not be returning to this location. Hopefully their head office/customer service can somehow fix this. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend this service!
This is the tiny portion I got for $14.Do better Freshii.Update: I got an email from Freshii 2 weeks ago telling me the store would call me to “make it right”. No call yet.
Had this location a few times now and it’s never consistent. Usually rather bad than good.To top it all off, today they decided to lock their doors 15 minutes before closing so we weren’t even able eat since we had an appointment.Shameful. I recommend most locations but not this one. Take an extra 5 minutes and drive to the hwy 7 location.
