This is one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever tried. I ordered last time vegetable pizzas, when I picked it up, it was cold like inside raw and nothing cooked. I never recommend this place to anyone. I’m afraid the best one I like is pizza pizza so far. Their dough is thinner and more healthier and more tasty.
Just picked up a steak, mushroom and red onion pizza. Was not disappointed, used to have their pizza all the time when they were on Baythorn in Thornhill. You get what you pay for, delicious crust, sauce and toppings! We will be back!!!!
I have been a longtime customer of Dante’s. Our business is located very close by and we have frequently placed pickup orders, and deliveries.The store is always very clean, and well taken care-of.The staff are beyond kind and helpful. Always asking how my family is and treating me like family.The medium pizza, which is advertised to serve four, generously served 3 hungry mechanics and myself for lunch today. The prices ARE fair for the quality and quantity of the food you receive.I always recommend Dante’s to friends in the area, and have many friends who make sure to stop in whenever driving by!
Over 15yrs+ since yonge & 407 location customer honest review as a customer.Super deluxe large pizza is all time my favorite menu.Pizza dough is crispy and Italian style. I never finished franchise pizza dough. very fresh ingredients and not salty and healthy. Highly recommended. Definitely will order again.
I recently relocated to Vaughan. After 12 years of their disappearance from Thornhill, I was out for a walk last week & came across Dante's. Their food is fresh & always great, as is their service. You may have to wait, but it's worth it. I highly Dante's for their pizzas & pastas.
Our family has enjoyed Dantes for over 4 decades. A family run business of great brothers who are definitely passionate about their pizza and sandwiches. Always incredibly fresh and delicious.
We ordered a party size pizza with Hot soppressata, olives, mushrooms and hot banana peppers. It cost us $49.50. I don't mind paying the price we did, IF, the product is good. It was not good. We were very disappointed. There was hardly any hot soppressata on it at all, and the pizza had no flavour to it and it was under cooked. I am positive that they have been making pizzas for years, and yet they made us a very inferior product. I will never buy again from this establishment.
I was a long time regular customer until tonight and this is the first time I have ever done a review on-line in my life.Unfortunately because of the very rude customer service I received I thought I would share. I have always ordered at least one or more party size pizzas from Dante's over many years but I will no longer be a customer in the future. I ordered two party size pizzas on Saturday January 29, 2022 and received one of the pizzas very burnt. I called as soon as I opened the box to let them know and that I took photos of the burnt pizza if required. When I called to advise of the issue they were very busy and wanted to know if I wanted to order another one but it would take a while. I said I understood they were very busy and it would be very inconvenient to wait as I had guests to feed. I asked if something could be done on my next order as I was a very loyal long time customer. I was told someone would call be back later. I did not receive any call back Saturday evening and they were closed Sunday and Monday. On Tuesday Feb 1, having not received a call back as I was promised, I called and was originally offered a $10 discount on my next order (the 2 party size pizza order was just under $100). I was put on hold numerous times and the final abrupt conversation was that I would no longer be eligible for any credit. During the last conversation I heard another voice swearing in the background in reference that I was disappointed in the customer service. It was very obvious to me that they are not interested in keeping loyal customers.Unfortunately I would have to say this was the worst customer service I have experienced.
Very nice and friendly staff. The veal parmesan is so tender and juicy. The dinner sandwiches are huge and filling. Their pizzas are so great too. They used to have a seafood medley pizza, which was out of this world. Unfortunately, they don't have it any more.

PizzaPriceSeriously, $40 for a large pizza?Customer ServiceIt was my first time ever ordering from this place and when I tried to look up the menu on the website i did not see any prices, so decided to call them and ask, they were obnoxious and fairly rude to speak to.He said "what would you like to order?" every 3 seconds and was very annoyed to speak to me. He finished by "i am very busy here", etc.When I called to actually place the order a girl answered and it seems like it was the "standard" there, she was also a little bit annoyed and tried to get off the phone as quick as possible.I don't understand also why do they have to manually swipe your card, I cannot recall the last place that has done this, they all accept tap.PizzaConsidering that the prices were so high I thought, this must be good pizza. I served it to my family and none of us really enjoyed it, i think there was also way more cheese than usual, maybe it is their style.I may return to this location in the future and perhaps will know better to ask for more specific request, such as light cheese, or perhaps try different items altogether.
