Cashier rolled her eyes when we were asking her only to change the drinks. She picked up the canned pop when we ordered the bottled one. She did the mistake and we asked her that we ordered the bottle she stared at us and after rolled her eyes and when we asked what's the attitude she was babbling for things! Please train her to have a good customer service, for not everyone in the food court will have the patience e to understand her. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
First time at this location won't be back. Ordered 2 combos which came to $31, paid cash and the woman didn't ring it in. Asked for a receipt was given someone else's receipt for $28 that had been paid by Visa. Gave us one pack of hot sauce and no soya for 2 meals. Asked for more and ahe demanded an extra $2. Rude people and the food wasn't near as good as other locations.
First and foremost the women that work here are so incredibly rude, I continue to be baffled at how this place is still running. Three ladies began freaking out when I asked for more hot sauce. She told me she put four packets, she put 3 and I ordered 2 meals over $30, and she began yelling that she already gave me so much and it’s 50 cents for more. I don’t understand why they are so incredibly stingy!!! There’s two meals, the minimum you could do is two dinky hot sauce packets each. Second, the food is horrible. It is literally battered chicken? at this point I don’t even know if it’s chicken cause it’s all batter and there’s some sort of meat inside but it tastes days old!ALSO, you are not slick bourbon , we know you switched to MUCH tinier containers, but still charging just as much food? I would say the reduction is about 40% less food. Believe the other people on these reviews. Eat better somewhere else!
Wouldn’t give this food to a stray dog.Incredibly rude staff, stingy with everything, food is awful!!!Teach your staff basic manners and how to speak to people.The owner really needs to do something about these issues. Will never be eating here again!
I love this company BUT this Location try to rush all customers and give you TINY portions while getting your order wrong . Love this company the problem is this store . Other Bourbons will give you almost double the amount of food for the price of 1 here they are cheap . Always mess orders up . RUSH You . Last time i ordered 2 meats when I opened my food it was WRONG and they only gave me 1 meat when I told them what I wanted thats what happens when you have FOBS working . Learn English.
Food is okay, but staff pretend not knowing English. It is very convenient to ignore what customers ask. Basically, as customer, you can point your finger at the food to choose, but if you have issues or questions, there is nobody to talk to. I stopped buying there when lady gave me half empty container, but I have to pay flat price as if it is full of food.
Looks like I’m not the only one got attacked by this chopstick ninja. After reading these reviews it’s apparent that she throws chopsticks at customers indiscriminately with clockwork consistency. If for some reason you still decide to get food here, I encourage you to ask this woman for some extra chopstick or napkin, she’ll verify everything said about her to be true.
Had a lot of bourbon in different mall but this one is the worst. Their battered chicken is hard as hell and it tastes like cartboard. Take my advice, if you want great boirbon go to the one in bramalea city center.
The portions are huge for a reason people! The food is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! Ive had 100000 times better bourbon in other malls. Specially the bramalea city center one. I recommend you going there
WATCH OUT!The lady in red shirt was so rude I mean why is she even there. I will report to corporate. I own a restaurant and came to visit the Vaughan mills branch. Wanted something to eat but ended up grossed by this red tshirt lady. She literally started shouting in her language and nobody else around her even spoke a word. I will be calling and emailing corporate.Don’t eat here guys. Just hope they don’t spit in your food. Such a nasty first and very last experience.Some people don’t respect their job but she seemed to be not respecting the job which was clearly seen but not respecting people either and that’s totally unacceptable.That lady needs to be fired and better people are looking for job.Don’t know if it’s lack of training or what but untrained people don’t react this way. So I would give this place zero hours just because of this. Otherwise food seemed delicious and really wanted to try it out but that lady needs to go. Rarely anyone was eating there also there are all bad reviews of this placeSo WATCHOUT!
