The food was delicious and fresh. I loved the vegetarian option beyond meat burger & sweet potato fries. The staff was very nice and respectful. Everyone greeted and said hello when entering. The place is clean and for real fast food.
Initial impression was good since cashier was nice and they provided free root beer for giving a Google review. However, after ordering, my order was not called upon until I followed up with my receipt. My order was not even on the black order screen anymore. I appreciated how the cashier quickly tried to grab my order, but she grabbed the apple turnovers with her bare hands! I didn’t want to point her out on the spot and waited again for my order, but tongs were right by the fryer as I saw another staff grabbed them with tongs. Otherwise, food was tasty.
Absolutely horrible experience disgusting food and poor customer service.I ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich combo with a poutine instead of fries and a buddy burger on the side. She asked the back if there was poutine and they said no. Then she asked about the buddy burger and also received a no. A little annoyed I asked what they did have to eat and she went to ask and they replied with buddy burgers….. isn’t that what I just asked for.I sat down and my buddy burger was filled with mustard (even on top of the bun) barely any ketchup and a chunk of mayo under the burger.The worst part is there were maybe ten pieces of burnt soggy onions and one tiny chunk of lettuce. I was disgusted.Worst experience and food EVER
Very fast service. I was here during peak lunch rush time, yet I only had to wait in line (a rather long line) for a few short minutes. I had my drink and meal in hand before they even passed me the receipt.
I went to A&W today in vaughan mills foodcourt. There are 3 people in front of me. After 10 mins waiting in line, the cashier tell me that the cooking machine is broken with no apologize. I am so angry and confused. Why don't you tell me at the first time when you knew the machine was broken? You wasted me 10 mins for waiting you told me you still have fries and drink! Do you think your fries is better than NYF? I am so disappointed with you.
My daughter had the chubby chicken burger Thursday evening and she got food poisoning. She’s 5 and this was her worst experience. We will never eat here again
I went to this location on last Saturday and sunday. Very fast service, good,hot and fresh beyond and onion rings.Very nice customer oriented staff
I ordered spicy chicken today with fries the food was served fast and the burger and fries was fresh and it taste really good. The staff was really friendly.
Friday around 5 p.m. I ordered. The cashier (and only one in the front) took my order efficiently but without any personality. After taking my order the cashier went to the back to talk to a guy worker. She started saying very loudly , “That other cashier is so dumb!” I was shocked to here someone trash someone. My burger was made and put in the rack by another worker. It looked like that worker appropriately went to do other work. The cashier continued talking at the back for over 10 minutes. Then she walked to the front and noticed me waiting. She quickly realized that I was waiting for my order. She put my order in a bag and handed it to me. She said, “Here is your order “, That was it. My food was ready less than one minute after I ordered it. But I waited over 10 minutes because the cashier was chatting with a guy in the back.
I ordered for a double buddy today with JUST meat and cheese. Nothing else. It cames with e everything on it.So I asked for change and (McDonalds when it happens they don’t touch anymore, they do a new sandwich and you can stay with which they did wrong) I tought it was right and I found SAUCE in the Hamburguer.This is disgusting. They took my old hamburger and put in the new bread.I hated. See the images attachedTerrible.Ill never come back here anymore.
