We always go at night after 10 pm and drive thru. Always prompt service and have everything on the menu. Others like tim hortons, burger king and mcdonalds literally shut down before advertised time or run out of menu items
I came in earlier this afternoon and all I can say is that the customer service was amazing they were really nice and had time for small talk even when they were busy. They got my order completely right and if I’m being honest it was one of the best burgers I have had. I really appreciate this service because you can’t find service like this around these times. Thank you so much ? ?
Only 2 staff during Canada Day weekend. Counter girl was very slow & very disorganized! Orders took forever to get ready! We were there about 90mins. Rediculous for a fast food joint. Hire more staff especially on a holiday weekend!
The food was hot for the most part but the onion rings were a little cold. The service was relatively fast.
They have been out of the BEST BURGER EVER BURGER for about two weeks now... before you blame the pandemic, other A&W restaurants have it in stock. As a customer stated earlier... they ran out of pop last week... maybe it's an ordering issue at this location? Let's stock the restaurant properly so customers can enjoy menu items... especially limited time offer items... by the time you get stock in (I am sure you won't be reordering because it's a promo) you have literally missed out on the entire LTO promo. Not good.
Very understaffed for a 24hr location on a weekend. Poor staff were having a hard time keeping up but did their best. Waited for my food for half hour and was cold by the time I got it.
Forced to pay extra for alternative drink when pop was unavailable.If a customer orders a combo and you ran out of soft drinks, the customer should not have to pay extra for an alternative like lemonade when the meal is suppose to have a drink included.
One of the good fast food restaurant chains, fast service, not that expensive. Beyond Meat burgers are amazing for vegetarians.Also the root beer float is really delicious.
Never again! Went to try it out for the first time in a hurry at night as it was the only place open in the area. They had only two people working. Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes to get the order.
Good food . ok price. Things to correct: poor quality of speakers...I had to ask her to repeat several times... Employees should be informed and asked to speak loud and very very very clear....T HX Michael.
