I ordered 4 burgers got 4 burgers in a plastic clam shell...no buns no ketchup etc. Literally, each clam shell had a patties, piece of of lettuce, piece of tomato. Wow guys can we say...umm..FIRE THEM
Where's the Chicken?Is there any chicken in this building?...Wendy's certainly has changed in value over the years....Dave Thomas' slogan "You don't pay more, you just get more" no longer applies.Over time it has become You don't get more, you just pay more....Today, is a brand new value with my Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal.At Wendy's you get even less now....Because there is more breading now than Chicken....This has nothing to do with this particular location though. This is a Wendy's problem making you wish you went somewhere else....The 4 star rating is solely about the Service.The Service is great and the Staff do a good job....Problem with this particular Wendy's is they have two menu boards showing different prices.The LCD monitor shows outdated pricing saying Spicy Chicken Meal is 9.99. The price they charge at the till is 10.19...the price shown on the menu board above behind the till.
I came to this Wendy's drive threw and ordered 2 baconator combos - no ketchup on both. Received my order and both sandwiches had ketchup. Went into the restaurant, advised them of the mistake and they went right away to make new ones and then proceeded to throw out the incorrect ones.I waited for my new sandwiches but again received the wrong sandwiches. I received Son of baconators. I then again had to wait for them to remake my sandwiches. Once I received the correct ones I went out to my car to get my debit card so I could purchase the 2 son of baconators they made in error as I couldn't see 2 more sandwiches get thrown away only to discover by the time I got back they had already been trashed.It's so sad to see when so many people are out there starving and struggling to make ends meat, that fast food restaurants are just so carelessly throwing away perfectly good food. I can only imagine how much food is thrown away in a day and that's just not Wendy's - that's all fast food in general.We all need to do better. There has to be a program out there that can go restaurant to restaurant to pickup unwanted food at the end of the day. Problem is restaurant owners would rather throw it away then give it away for free. It's really too bad.
Ordered a lemonade and chili cheese nachos today and my whole order (of only 2 items) came out wrong. My lemonade was a strawberry lemonade (I never mentioned strawberry) and the chili cheese nachos had absolutely NO cheese on them. I won't be back.
Absolutely love the new Frosty-cinno and the breakfast menu looks tasty. Love strawberry lemonade from here too. I wish they would bring back the raspberry one!
I ordered over $70 worth of food on mother's Day and they forgot multiple items. I asked the person working multiple times if everything was there and was told yes.Didn't realize what was missing until I got to my mother-in-law's house and first tried calling the restaurant multiple times (no answer).. than texted a Wendy's customer service number (no reply yet).. then 3 days once again I filled out a customer service request and got a reply 2 days later and still nothing has actually been done! Never ordering from any Wendy's again.
So, my favorite burger fast food joint has breakfast now. I work at 7am so the opening time here is super convenient to get a quick bite before I start my shift. Every time I show up at the opening, I'm the only customer there... Well, the breakfast baconator alone is enough to justify 5 stars. It is a masterpiece of a sandwich with crispy bacon, delicious sausage, an egg with a jammy yolk, and both cheese and swiss cheese sauce. I also quite like the biscuit sandwiches, they are reminiscent of Popeye's, being super buttery and crunchy. The only complaint I have is that the drive thru staff can be a bit slow and hard of hearing, and one time they got my order wrong. Honestly, try here instead of McDonalds or Tims, it's great.
Well it said on Google they are open, wanted to try the new breakfast. 7:45 am doors locked and looked like they were putting orders together for ??Just a bit disappointed cause my work truck is too big for the drive thru.?
There is not much to say about a chain restaurant. Everything is done for them they just need to follow the rules. You would think that is easy. Her goes nothing.Attitude toward customers is mediocre. Not overly happy but respectful.They have gotten my order incorrect on a number of occasions.There hours of operation are a bit shoty. When I try to go they are closed (morning and/or night time) just end up going to McDonald's or burger King which Is near by.They just renovated so there dine in area is not bad but nothing special.
The employees were all courteous, professional and worked together as a team. No sooner had my order been placed when it was ready for me (and this was during the supper rush hour). I highly recommend Wendy's on Hespler Rd!
