Product and service is always spot on! The last delivery driver may have been having a bad day. I tipped $10+ on a $30 order and didn't even receive a thank you. Everyone has bad days. Love to all.
I don’t normally write reviews but I felt that this place deserved my attention. Upon first arrival the place doesn’t look all too special but once you enter you’re greeted with amazing employees who are more than happy to help. Once I left I noticed I didn’t have sauce in the square pockets so I figured I didn’t have sauce. So I went back in and the manager was more than happy to explain that they are now in the boxes but proceeded to give me EXTRA sauce at no charge for my troubles despite myself being in the wrong. 10/10 customer service and great management! And the pizza was ready in no time and tasted great!
Food was amazing! My favourite pizza place by far! I can’t eat anywhere else anymore.

Rated one star simply because of their other reviews. Anytime someone leaves a review about a substandard experience they had from this location, they give nothing but excuses/explanations & try to put blame on the guest.I have never been here and I will never go.Own up to your mistakes and apologize, instead of just trying to justify them.Every business makes mistakes, it’s inevitable. But it is how you go about fixing them to build back that customer relationship.This place needs someone new, with better customer service skills, in charge of their reviews.
I shared an opinion i had after a bad day, that should not reflect this business, I cant delete for some reason so im just editing. Twice the deal has always been good to me, and this location especially, the pizza is always great.
Our first time ordering from here. We used the online ordering system. I was worried it may take some time being that we are in Hespeler and they are in galt but the pizza came hot in about 30 mins..honestly the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Good deals and great quality.the amount of toppings and cheese were perfect. We will definitely be back!
I dont know what customer service means these days but I ordered my pizzas on my way to work with about 35 min for the pizzas to be ready. When I got there they had forgot to make one so they rushed and put it in the oven quickly. I checked the pizzas before I left and the one they rushed on was wrong. When I said they made me late for work and that the pizza was wrong all they could do was say sorry and that they didnt make it wrong. No attempt to make things right. No offer of extra dipping sauce or pop or anything. Just excuses. First and last time I will order from them.
