I have placed online orders a few times and there is always something wrong. Today I ordered an ice cap made with chocolate milk and received one made with cream. When I called the store and asked for a correction they told me I would have to come get it myself. On top of that, they said they made it correctly. I asked why it had cream around the edges and he said that happens sometimes. Also, an ice cap made with chocolate milk settles quickly and the milk goes to the bottom leaving a distinguishable settling line, this one is not, even after 20 mins. I do not appreciate that they will not believe there was an error and the only thing saving them from a one-star review is that the man in the phone did not get rude and flustered with me.
Pretty good place and employees aside from one person saying no when I was 13 cents short for a pop ... like come on .
DO NOT GO HERE !! GOT FOOD POISONING TODAY ! I ORDERED A BACONS FAMERS WRAP ( WITCH I HAVE ATE BEFORE MANY TIMES) CURRENTLY AT THE DOCTORS IN SHOOTING PAINS. I WOULD GIVE NEGTIVE STAR IF I COULD , HEALTH AND SAFETY SHOULD BE THERE !!!!
Fast and always gets my order right
Good Tims, usually better coffee here than other Tims in the area. Service is usually quick here too, unless the person ahead of you is ordering dinner for their whole family.
My 4 star rating is based mainly on my in-store dining experience during my last visit. The customer service was quite friendly, though the person helping me didn't seem all that knowledgeable about Tim Horton's menu. For one of the items that I ordered, another staff member jumped in to help, and for couple of others she had to go and check if they had those available. Overall, good effort but too much time.Dining area was clean with plenty of space from other customers for social distancing. For a fast food chain that is primarily a cafe, I'd expect better quality for baked products. The bagel that i got for my kid turned out to be hard and chewy - not something that I'd like to try again soon. My muffin wasn't bad though.
The staff was awesome helped my boys choose a drink suited for their age. Line moved quickly and beverages were great.
Drive thru is always a 10+ minute wait, going in is no better, doesn't matter what time of day the line up is always so slow moving and i now go out of my way to go to any other tim hortons but this one, and i live 2 minutes away from it...
Great place and the coffee is always good and not burnt. BUT the bathrooms no longer have baby change tables which is a major inconvenience for parents.
Lori is my timmies friend and she's amazing always right on q thanks for everything
