I was buying coffee in this morning from Delta station Tim Hortons around 3:30. There was a lady in the counter i gave her some coins first and but I forgot to scan i told I forgot to scan my tim rewards but she shouted against me it was a really bad experience.

Tim Hortons… heaven in a cup? Ya right. More like sass in a cup. I asked for 2 ice waters and she said I could only have one. Hot chocolate the only reason for 2 stars. Bagel satisfactory. Water didn’t even have ice in it.

Can’t even give a single star. The worst customer service ever seen in a Tim Hortons. What does the manager girl think she is ?? Feel pity for the other staff working with her. The earlier employees were the best , went there without expecting this rude behaviour from the manager. Didn’t expect this kind of a behaviour. Even I am working in a restaurant, we don’t show this attitude or shout at the customers if they ask for anything. She really need to know how to behave when working in a hospitality industry. She is really a failure. Please if the management people you see this , kindly advice her to change her attitude towards customers. She can spoil someone’s day.I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE THEM ZERO STAR BUT THERE IS NO OPTION FOR THAT , SO HAVE TO GIVE ONE STAR.

Yesterday I went to this place, around 6.30 pm and I enquired the supervisor about an offer that was going to expire on that day but the way she replied us was really terrible. We were regular customers to this place and the past crew members were very supportive and friendly. But the experience I had yesterday was too unpleasant. I believe that keeping this kind of staffs without proper training or patience is very rude towards customers like us. We gave respect while talking, whereas she replied like we owe her something. We pay money for what we have not coming for any kind charity. So please show respect towards your customers. Learn the basic manners before working in public.

Love the environment the staff are always in a good mood and usually fast for the most part!! The afternoon crew are my favourite!!

Store wasn't super busy, drive thru had a long line so I went in. I am not a frequent customer but was buying for someone else. Staff were adequate. Food was fine. A bit of kindness and explanation would have helped (such as where to go to pick up food). Guess maybe it was a day I could have used a bit of friendliness and that was definitely lacking.

Hot chocolate and whipped cream...so thick was the whipped cream...I could have eaten it w a spoon?☺️?

I've been going to this drive thru for about 6 years every day... this is the absolute worst tim hortons ever. Early morning during the week crew is great! Fast friendly. But you go at any other time of the day or the weekend and the drive thru is sooooo ridiculously slow. I waited in drive thru for 15 min... I get to the window.. I had ordered a French vanilla... for some reason I still sat at the window for another 5 minutes just to get my single drink... if I didn't live like next door to this location... I would never ever go here again.. it is a daily frustration of obvious complete mismanagement of this location
