Excellent customer service and coffee makers makes an awesome coffee
Wait - don’t drive away until you check your order! - we ordered 17 items, only 3 were correct! Had to drive back and bring everything back to the counter to get the right order - what a waste of time!! And we barely got a ‘sorry’ from the person behind the counter, no real apology or concern that they had screwed up… must happen so often they just stopped caring!! Avoid at all costs, or be sure to double-check everything in the bag ( and even the coffees) before you drive away… they’re banking that you won’t have the time to come back to get it right…
El inka is the best Peruvian Rest so far that I tryed. Food tasty but appetizers too small portions. Its a bit expensive so they should imptove appetizer quantities.
Poor customer service. Rude attitude from staff when I politely requested to change my milk carton as the expiry date was two days away (personal preference). Rude questioning from one staff member and an impolite, unsmiling, “here” when my order was given by another staff member. Sorry if the request was not to their liking but I was polite and rather taken aback by their lack of customer service attitude.
An average Tim's quick service and friendly staff. The drive thru moves quickly but can cause traffic headaches in the small plaza the Tim's is in.
Being tuisnisnthe closest Tim's to my house it gets frequent visits. Almost every visit they are sold out of something. At 5pm they're sold out of all soup! An hour before closing they have already thrown out all of their pastries! They hardly have anything left for sale. I have decided it's well worth the extra 1km down the road to a different owned Tim's for a better selection.
This is a solid Tim’s location. It can be kinda slow some days, but they get your order made correct AND well every time. Consistently good service.
I'm doing this for Google points but nice people, average variety available, iced coffees inconsistent but the best ones in town, prolly my fav timmies
I have had coffee at lots of Tim Hortons outlets but this place makes the best dark roast coffee
