The SLOWEST drive through in all of CANADA!!! I do not know how they function on a daily!!! To get an order it takes 10 mins PER CAR…. Your literally in the drive through for 15 mins after you order!! It’s crazy!! Train your staff to be faster!P.S wrote this review WHILE WAITING in line!
It’s very strange here. Always 4 or 5 people working the drive thru while walk ins are lined out the door with only one person serving till.
I was at the Tim Horton's location at Saginaw Parkway, and I was quite shocked at the music playing at this establishment. They were playing "Shake that a** for me" by Eminem. (I think it was on the radio station they were playing). Some of the lyrics are "Get buzzed, get drunk, get crunk, get f*cked up Hit the strip club, don't forget the ones, get your d*ck rubbed Get f*cked, get sucked, get wasted, sh*t faceted" This was one among other songs like this, "it's getting hot in here", and a few other explicit songs played I was forced to listen to due to the slow workers. The worst part, it wasn't even after hours, it was daylight and there was literally people there with Children as young as five years old. I confronted and complained to the owner of the building, he was an really old foreign man with a thick accent and he played it down, claiming 'nobody listens to the lyrics anyways, so what's the big deal?" I repeated the lyrics back to him, the part explicitly about getting their d*ck sucked out-loud. And he said, "Well corporate forces us to play these songs," and that he'll talk to corporate next time they visit. But his earlier dismissive behaviour makes me believe he has no intentions to tell corporate about it. This is appalling and highly inappropriate for a family friendly restaurant and quite frankly left me with lasting mental health issues due to the lack of ethics, degeneracy, and customer communications
Ordered a 20 pack of Timbits. Apparently they can’t count that high. Cause I got 18 ? always messing up the orders at this timmies. They don’t listen and are super slow. Great job guys.
The wait time in drive thru is long compared to other tim hortons. I never had any issues with the food i ordered.But, the attitude of employees towards the customers need to be changed. The employees are not friendly and doesn’t even respond or greet us properly. The service needs to be improved a lot. The restaurant is clean.
Good Timmy’s for sure it has quick service and pretty consistent. 4 stars for long lines (idc it’s annoying) and the one way Franklin entrance sucks.
This is the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve been to in all of Canada. It seems everyone here hates their lives. The wait times in drive thru are absolutely disgusting. With the price of gas please do better.
Best Tim Hortons in Cambridge, fast service fresh food n drink. Best supervisers and staff EVER. If the drive threw is a big line up, it's only because they are that good.
I have had the worst customer service ever at this place. The employees literally do not care about their job. They hand you drinks while having conversations with each other, not even acknowledging you're there. Tim Hortons needs to give their staff a training session on how to treat their customers and how important it is to interact with them and treat them with respect.
I've had so so experience at this location. I've often had difficulties with the staff and confusion of my orders on a couple occasions. I've personally found a simple please/thank you goes a long way and I can't quite say it's been the most courteous location. Not terrible but hasn't really met my expectations.
