Every time, I order something else and get something else during early morning, for instance today at 2:20 AM I ordered 2 croissants heated with butter, but they didn’t make them heated. How dumb they are, it happens with me every time.
Terrible ice coffee everytime. I'm starting to feel ripped off, they sell ice coffee thats a full cup of cream with a single drop of coffee, gross.
They do not sell the Breakfast Farmers Wrap after 4pm, but many other Locations do. So disappointed.
Anytime I've been here it's usually a 10 to 15 minute wait inside and 20-25 minutes in the drive through, coffee isn't the greatest nor are the employees hence the wait times, not exactly sure why you have 10 employees at this location when they're extremely slow.
This is an awful location. Not enough staff at rush hour, runs out of basic breakfast items by 8:30am every other day. Slowest drive-thru ever.
This Tim Hortons location is the WORST that I have ever been to. At 6:30am every single week day there is only one storefront staff. The inside backs up like crazy. The drive through wraps the building every morning. Don’t even bother stopping unless you can wait 20 minutes for the slowest staff to screw up your order.
I have attempted to reach the owner of this franchise on numerous occasions by leaving my number with employees and also the corporate complaint website all of which have been totally ignored. The fact that the owner has not responded just reconfirms the total lack of respect and appreciation for the people who frequent his/her establishment. The employee who literally threw my order at me must have taken her training directly from the owner. Please do me a favour and send a message to the owner by boycotting this location.
These guys are either really fast, or rarely busy because there's no lines here, outside the 1 hour morning rush time.
Ordered a coffee and the lady at the drive thru gave me cold like water coffee when asked to give another one she again did the same thing and told me she can’t do anything. Time: Monday 3:30 AM December 27th. Thanks
Morning visit. Staff very polite and friendly. Food was fresh and Order ready in timely fashion. Dine in area open and clean.
