Literally the slowest place on earth. I could understand if they were super friendly, but they're quite rude as well.
This may be the slowest Tim Hortons drive through on the planet consistently, I keep trying at different times but if there is even 3 cars in the que it takes 10 - 15 min to get through. Nice staff, they apologize everytime for the wait but not faster service. Don't think it's the people. Maybe the process?Update: march 22Went for a walk with the kids. They've closed the doors to all in person order. Drive thru only. Masks were on but denied entry will not return.Update: June 2022, still slow. I'm not sure what can be done at this location to increase the speed.
I have been going to this Tim Horton’s for many years, in the last year it has gone complete down hill, I waited today instore line for 25 minutes. As there was a line right around outside as well. One til? There was like 5 people for the drive thru I believe an assistant manager running like crazy with no help, while another manager was on an iPad, clearly customers should have come first, I know the owners, not going to mention their names, but what happened, you don’t care? You don’t see what’s happening. There was no donuts , muffins, at 8:10am until 835am until I left, open another register, you have 5 people at drive thru. Used to be the best Tim Hortons, I thought in town. Such a shame.
Worst service of TIM HORTONS, I have ever seen in my life. They gave me lid opened mocha iced cap and iced coffee and mean while when I was picking up the order they told me that it is little bit loose so i thought it’s fine but when i left from there those coffees were all over the place in my car. STAFF IS NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE. IT WAS MY THIRD BAD EXPERIENCE OF THIS TIM HORTONS. STAFF IS COMPLETELY ILLITERATE, they don’t even understand english properly.Although, it was a might time so i was unable to take pictures of this incident.HUMBLE REQUEST TO TIM HORTONS TO REPLACE THE STAFF WITH PROPER TRAINED PERSONNEL.
This Tim's had muffins at noon! Other than the long drive thru line it was great! My fault I never been thru their drive thru so I didn't realize it's length!!!
When I arrived here I was greeted professionally. Admittedly I did not work too hard to convince anyone I needed to order urgently and patiently waited my turn.
Drive thru was excellent. Two guys working on may 2nd at 920 pm were excellent
This has to be the slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario-- and I, unfortunately, would know. I decided to navigate the highway to visit the on the run because it would easier. It doesn't matter what time of day, how many cars, or what you're ordering-- you will be waiting for a decidedly long time. Go to the keg if you want to wait 40 mins-- the staff are more polite, too.
Their French vanilla tasted raw. Wasn't impressed. They were also out of almost everything.
I like Tim Hortons - especially their donuts, especially their Vanilla Dip donut. But I also always seem to get their crispy chicken sandwiches. Their latest one - the spicy buffalo one always hits the spot when I have to hit the road quickly for a medium length drive.Fast service, clean establishment, and oh-so-very Canadian :)
