This Tim Hortons is the worst one! The staff are beyond rude there, I will only bye coffee from now on, as when i ordered food i get cheaped out and get over charged not worth the money if i dont get what i pay for. One time i got a bagel tosted with butter, chesse and bacon and i got one slice if bacon cut in hafe then some odd peaces with it! Then today i wanted something simple a bagel tosted with butter and plan cream cheese and some jam on the side with my coffee it was nearly $7 wow thats highway robbery there! The staff again were so rude and telling me i should order on line.. as i sead i will not be ordering food from there any time soon as there customer service is horable!

Wrost place ever… no standard in making their products. Have issues every single time you visit them. First will charge for the product and while you are waiting they will say they don't have it…Burnt food most of the time.. if you ask they will argue and dont even return your money back.

Horrible service, and clearly under staffed. Obviously to cheap to hire the right amount of staff to properly service customers. Tried to order a grilled cheese for my kids, all the attendant said was "no food", and tried to call the next customer.

i shocked to see behvor on sunday. i order small coffe and wantd to chang to large. The girl siad she wpuld help me the boy said it was not ok to happen once order placd it could not be changed. The girl tried to tell him and he yelled at her in front of me and other people who wait in line.

Staff your Tim Hortons properly, I asked for a cheese tea biscuit toasted with butter. It was NOT toasted, and the butter was just slammed on as a dollop, not even spread, just a ball of butter right in the middle.Get your s*** together tim's

I had a Worst experience.... poor customer service….the wrap which i ordered was so cheap quality (the chicken bacon ranch) and tastes bad not even the chicken strip in it was hard and the lettuce was not good…I noticed that during busy time the order gets delayed a lot the customers have to wait like hell it doesn’t make any sense in a mall which is highly occupied with people that a Tim Hortons run by 2 staff ?.. Also, the coffee was too bad that doesn't taste as usual as from other Tims……this is totally an embarrassment for Tim Hortons by all means.

I ordered through the mobile app, but apparently the store was not opening for another hour. This was the first time it was closed before starting my shift at the mall. The two women working were very rude. Between the horrible customer service there this morning, often not having products, and other times waiting 15+ minutes for an order because one person is working the whole front, I am done with this location.

Constantly under staffed . Slow service I feel bad for the staff that work there

50% chance order is wrong every time. How do you forget bacon on a bacon grilled melt.

Drinks are fine, but never get food here unless you are prepared to wait 30 minutes.
