The workers all look like they want to kill themselves. They ignored us waiting to order for 5 minutes while standing right in front of them. Management/owner have no clue how horrible the customer experience is. They need to boost employee morale. Gave us two cold bean burritos instead of 7 layer like we ordered. Service was as fast as watching grass grow. This is the epitome of American quality Mexican food along with American customer service. 0/10
They’re so slow!! i cant ever go on my 30 min break cause it takes too much time waiting in line and they always mess up my order so i cant go back. Also never give proper portion sizes! They need to open a drive-threw location in cambridge.
They need to open another taco bell in Cambridge i hate going to this one they’re always messing up my order & they take so long with all the uber and skip pick up orders. Meanwhile their kitchen is so small they only have 2 employees working. The cashier also helps out with food and doesn't wash hands in between. I would be going to taco bell a lot more if i didn't have to go into the mall.

As a one time employee (high school was interesting) I can tell you this location was beyond failing.-Speed of service was atrocious. I waited 9 minutes from the time the debit transaction was complete till I was handed my food.-portions are very specific in the menu, it’s how you manage costs. My side of nacho cheese was well below the 2oz I paid for. My tacos did not contain 1/4 oz of cheese they’re supposed to.-food was awful. The steak was WELL beyond the allowable hold time. Lettuce looked like it was out over night. Tortillas were so wet I couldn’t take them out of the wrapper. One peeled apart but was consumable, the second tore apart adhered to the wrapper.Staff, supervisors, and area managers need to do something about this location.

They never ask if you want hot sauce. My husband often goes there for me (he isn’t a fan) and always comes home without any sauce. How hard is it to ask/remind people of the option for sauces.
quality of lettuce was so bad.they only have fire sauce no mild or hot since last 2 weeksvery disappointing no longer visiting
