I love buying here but today, the servers are NOT wearing mask. I don't feel safe anymore. So, maybe next time, I will check first before ordering. I just noticed that they were not wearing mask when the lady was about to sneeze while making my orders. Plus the chicken teriyaki that's been put in the footlong subway I ordered was just so little. You can barely taste it.
This is the BEST Subway I've ever been to. Everyone is SUPER friendly. they have the freshest ingredients; they have THE most capable and efficient staff.The restaurant is clean, bright, and well-organized. Whether it's single orders or orders for a large group, THIS Subway gets it right.I've never recommended a restaurant location so often and to so many.I am VERY happy with the service and freshness. I believe anyone would be -- who wouldn't love perfection? BEST LOCATION….
Ordered 2 subs from 1 Hespeler Road Cambridge, both were missing cheese and sauces. Not toasted as requested. Called the store and asked to speak to the manager and the worker hung up on me. Called back, hung up on 3 more times and then she finally said she spoke to the manager and he won't deal with me as there is nothing he will do. Spent $40 for subs we won't eat! Staff member was very rude and this will be the last time I EVER order from them if this is how they are going to treat their customers.
The subway is good and in a nice location but there is a major downside I go to this subway for lunch since i go to Gci a local high school and from 10:30 to 11:00 this subway gets a lot of student traffic and there way to slow serving them today i had to leave the subway because i would of been late geting back to school if i had stayed they only have one person working and there was like 15 students in there waiting for food.
Hand down the absolute WORST SUBWAY I have ever had the misfortune of trying to go into. Super super super slow staff waited for someone to assist me for over 20 mins with no one even doing their job. EASY to say I left with no food and a waste of my time!

Better than most subways. Usually they are pretty fast and deliver the product you've come to expect from Subway. I've gone to a lot of Subways and this is definitely one of the better ones.
The staff is amazing, great service and very friendly not to mention the delicious sub they made, it was perfect! Will definitely go back again:)
