Honestly if I can give this place a zero star I would do it without thinking twice. Stopped by the place tonight at 8:49 pm. Walked up to the door to open but it was locked. When knocked on the door the employee came over to the door and said we are closed. When I showed her the time on my phone which was 8:50 at the time. She responded with yeah we close at 8:45 every night. Then closed the door and locked it before I could even say anything else. I usually go here at least once or twice a week. Lost a customer for good, feel bad for the owner of this place because of how much other customer they might have lost because of this reason.
Excellent service, great quality veggies and the Employees are really friendly & accommodating with order specifics. Definitely one of the better Subways in Cambridge.
Worst subway ever ,literally not even grilled properly cheese was not even melted and bread was literally noy even properly baked . On top of that main thing that got a big hair in my sub . So had to throw one of my sub . Totally worse experience will ever come back at this location.
The girl at the counter was extremely impatient and when my kids were taking a bit of time to decide on the sauces, she started pressuring them to hurry and just told us to wrap our order and then the sandwiches were prepared in an absolute rush and were horrible to eat!
Always pleasantly greeted and makes my order fast and exactly how I want it :)
Staff is very rude, ask them something and they will make something else, they don’t even grill the sandwiches properly, using same gloves for veggies and non veg.
Lady behind the counter put the wrong cheese on my sub when she realized her mistake she took the cheese off and put it back for someone else's sandwich. It had already touched the chicken on mine and was covered in the crumbs she then picked it back up and started to put it on someone's tuna sub realized again she had the wrong cheese took it off and put it back in the bin again. So it was placed on 2 different sandwiches and still placed back for someone else. Super gross. Also wearing their masks under their noses.
We just went to this location at 8:47 and as soon as we entre the store the staff lady started saying in rush that they are closing, closing in 5min. But actual store closing time was 9:00. Disappointed with the behavior.
It’s a beautiful subway but the staff seems like you being there inconvenienced them. Not very friendly and snippy.You’d think that you watching them make your sandwich would make them want to do it with care but just threw everything on very sloppy and without care.Lettuce was obviously old and brown.Do better.
Used them to cater a company activity. Well packaged and made right and on time. We enjoyed these freshly made sandwiches
