Today for customer service was so horrible that my friend and I couldn’t use the online coupons when other restaurants you can.

The customer service is worse, rude service. The lady name kavita or say navita not sure dont know how to deal with the customer. I will never visit this place again and will not refer anybody.

I was never a big meat lover when it came to subs. I used to get the scrambled egg on Honey Oat. Well they've done away with both of them. Isn't it always the way? I don't go here to Subway as much as I used to.

I just went there and there's this guy named Akash had gave me a great experience and I had to give review before eating. He was such nice and he made sub very properly and I can say it was a great experience.Thank you Akash

This subway is one of the best store in Cambridge. The customer service is on point, 5/5. The staff is very nice, and polite. They work very hard to deliver the best possible sub for me. They recommend things that will taste good. The store is well organized and very clean. Ajay is an excellent owner, and all the employees are very good.

The food was overall okay. However, the customer service was not up to par. Really disappointing customer service and here’s why:1. My girlfriend had mentioned to the employee that she had a coupon. He kept talking over her, and for some reason that she had asked for a 6-inch sub, when she specifically asked for a panini. He kept looking around for someone, and paid no attention to my girlfriend and I.2. Another employee asked, “for here or to go”. I said, “to go”, and he proceeded to toss my food onto a tray. At this point I gave up on trying to fix the situation, as it proved that these employees did not care about customer satisfaction.To add further, they mixed up the cookies that my girlfriend ordered, and overall, their presence was rude. This is probably because they were busy prioritizing talking to each other, rather than helping the customers needs.
