The new store inside looks great! The staff here are quick and friendly.

So I go right after the renovations and it's beautiful inside and the staff are so happy and kind to the customers. Sitting to do my work has been the most pleasant Starbucks experience ever. Listening to them happily talk to eachother makes me giggle it is such a kind environment here

Came through the driveway yesterday and had to wait at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes before i heard anything. Once they came to the mic i could just hear them laughing and talking to eachother. Once i placed my order of 2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich i checked out my sandwich to see a long brown hair inside. This was extremely disgusting and they even got the drinks wrong. I asked for their name and it was either runny or rubby something like that. Definitely not returning here as whoever is in charge has no idea how to manage time or even tell a customer waiting in line that you'll just be a second. Both drinks were also made incorrectly so to be paying twice the price from other coffee shops you'd think they could get a few simple steps correct but i guess not. Truly despicable.

How ironic it is to see other people have issues with this location. I've had so many bad experiences here and it seems each time i ask for management this tiny little girl with a squeaky voice comes to the window and has no idea how to talk to a customer. Shes usually there everyday and still has no idea how to make simple drinks for my daughters. They're constantly messing up and if you confront them they just laugh and make you wait 10 minutes for them to remake it. Not sure who made the changes over the past while but this location is going downhill. Im glad there's another location nearby as this one will never get my buisness again.

Came through the drivethrough the other day and i was dealing with a staff member sarah and she was very rude and sounded like she was purposely making fun of my accent. I was also over hearing her talk trash about her superior and was saying tons of swear words towards her. She obviously didnt know i could hear. I really hope this girl gets a good talk or something because that is not what customer service is about. Feel bad for starbucks workers who have to be in her presence everyday. Lastly she didnt even make my drink correct when i repeated it 4 times. Hopfully my next experience is better!!!

Amazing location, very neat and tidy. Incredible customer service from all and specifically Roger. He deserves a raise and a massage.

Brought 4 kids there for a special treat and the staff was above and beyond fantastic

I wanted to give a BIG shout out to the team at this Starbucks location at the Delta in Cambridge. I have gone to this store many times and everyone is always upbeat, friendly and provides the best service! I wanted to send a shout out and BIG thank you to Roger. Even when it was super busy, this awesome employee made sure that he took care of my order in a timely fashion and was super kind! Thank you Roger!

Usually great service but I didn't get my caramel drizzle on a drink that I ordered for the first time. I usually stick to what I like and it was very disappointing to not have everything that they charge you for. I sent a message to customer service but never received a response. I am a new customer to Starbucks and there's a reason why I always stayed away - it was too pricey and with the mediocre service at times, I'll just use out the gift card I have and return to Timmies as I'm used to their cheaper inconsistencies.
