Was here from out of town. The drive thru was crazy, so I decided to go in. I ordered my drink at 11:42am, and didn’t receive it until 12:10. Half an hour waiting for one single drink. I had my young daughter in the car with my mom waiting, that’s why I decided to “speed up the process by going in”. There were 8 girls that I saw working, only ONE girl was making the drink for customers inside, the rest seemed to be on drive thru. Absolutely crazy wait, was not impressed at all. I got to Starbucks daily, and I have never waited more than 5 minutes, even on a super busy day.
Today we got a mango dragon fruit lemonade. Nice combination very refreshing. Love the crunchy pieces of dragon fruit in it!!!
The customer service was, great, and tasted good. Only big draw back that it cost almost $17 for a Pita and a pop. Personally a bit over priced.
Once a great location, sadly now has terrible customer service. Coffee often not available. Trying to sell you Pike Place. They only coffee ever ready. time for new management.
The toilets here are disgusting! I had to wipe the toilet down before I could use it. The sink clearly hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages and the floor is the same. God knows what the hygiene is like in the food area.
Went here before work to grab a drink, was not excited about my day but the baristas were all so friendly and chatty while they prepared my drink
Great location and superb staff. Went above and beyond with our order and even got us food to the table since there was a wait. I'd go back there when I have a chance for the service.
My own fault... stopped to buy a latte when in a hurry. 15 minutes later and I'm still standing here waiting for my drink.
The staff were quite nice but there are still no sugar, creme or chocolate shakers out, have to ask for the stuff for your coffee. Just wish things would get back to normal.
This location is TERRIBLE!!!! I order on my app and my order is rarely ready when it says it will be. Today the app said my order would be ready in 4-9 mins it’s been over 15 and they haven’t even started my order. Not to mention it is NOT busy! This is a very common occurrence. The staff needs to be better trained/ more staff.
