This is so disappointing.I always order 3 toppings pizza from Waterloo location and they always keep upto my expectations regarding taste & quality and I’ve ordered the same pizza from this location and guess what! they simply gave almost a cheese pizza (they literally put 3-4 pieces) C’Mon man seriously ?? You simply cannot charge for 3toppings pizza while making a cheese pizza.Never going back this location & I don’t suggest anyone to go there.(Please try Waterloo location, they are the BEST!!)
The spicy paneer pizza is very tasty and the best ever pizza I ate till now in canada and the franchise is also of one of our Indians.The staff is very supportive and responsive
great place for a pizza whether you need a “to go pizza” with their single person pizza specials or the regular pizzas. Had the best butter chicken and tandoori pizza in a while at this place . They couldnt recreate the same pizza when ordered in same way but overall nice food.
Ordered two medium pizzas and a pound of wings.Pizza:The pizza was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed the added sesame seeds on the crust. The only complaint we had was that they seemed to be trying to save on toppings as the pizza weren’t as full as most places. This doesn’t take away from the pizza, and would recommend the chipotle chicken as a topping.Wings:They were horrible, at least what our family found. The wings seemed under cooked when we opens it up and so we through them in the air fryer to cook. The wings were still slimy and fatty when we ate them, and the honey garlic sauce tasted water down.Overall, we would definitely order from here again if just for the pizza. However I doubt it as we tend to get wings with our food. I do recommend the pizza but would stay away from the wings.
Terrible experience. Thought we would try a new pizza place and this place had some interesting options. We were told 20 minutes when we ordered and we went to pick up the pizza twenty minutes later but it wasn't ready. We were told 10 minutes more, and our order would be ready. 10 minutes later, now 40 minutes after I placed the order originally. I was told that it would be 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, or 15 minutes more at this point (already 25 minutes late). I asked if I could simply cancel the order at this point, since I wasn't even confident my order had been started, and they said no. Unfortunately we had our restless two year old with us for what was SUPPOSED to be a quick pickup, making the experience even worse. I don't mind waiting an hour, but if it's going to be an hour, tell me that up front. Was super excited to try this pizza everyone is talking about, but we will not be back here again no matter how good the pizza is.
Alfredo chicken pizza tasted fresh and very tasty. The potato wedges are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside just the way they are supposed to be with a tasty seasoning on them. Definitely met my expectations and so far this is the best pizza I have ever tasted in GTA and Waterloo region
best pizza i ever had. it was a vegan pizza, it was supposed to cost more but they gave it to us for less because of some confusion on the phone. the crust tasted like a bagel. the vegan cheese tasted real. and the sauce tasted so good.
Swan Pizza in Cambridge were actually really good, but only in the beginning. Their service got worse each time afterwards, every time we would get pizza from here. They even used to taste good but not any more. Personally, I think Red Swan pizza's service needs improvement, and a lot of it. We ordered a pizza with a specific topping but after we got them and opened the box, there was not a single mention of the topping we had requested for. We had asked them to make sure about that for a few times while ordering but still they forgot to add the topping. I hate to criticize them because they actually used to be very tasty but as the staff changed, the service was unpredictable. Sometimes it was nice, while other times it ruined the enjoyment of the day... I hope they get better at this part. I really liked their pizza.
Just tried this pizza. Unfortunately it was pretty disappointing. There was no pizza sauce which was selected in the online order, and it seemed overdone. We got the gluten free crust and it wasn't very good. t We had heard good things so we were excited to try it but were underwhelmed.
I heard good things and was very optimistic and excited to try them. Tried it.. super unimpressed. I paid 5$ for sauces.. they never came with the order. The pizza was very soggy, crust was barely cooked. Toppings lacked, more cheese than veggie toppings that I paid extra for. The amount of money this cost I could have got the same quality if not better quality from Twice the Deal for WAY less ??♀️
