Busy location, but staff was quick to take order, clean, sitting area but not much A-C in there shop. Also close to 401 HWY
Had a great fresh pizza, but customer service could have been better
This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I attempted to order a large cheese pizza at 12:15am last night, they told us that our delivery would arrive within 50 minutes or else it was free. We never received a call confirmation of our order until we called back multiple times where we were hung up on several times. Finally we were told our pizza would arrive in 15 minutes when another hour passed without pizza or even a phone call. We attempted to contact again 12 hours later and were hung up on several times after being told that the “driver attempted delivery” when we have VIDEO PROOF of no car or driver attempting delivery to our house. We were hung up on many times by the customer service and were completely refused from getting our pizza for free after it is in their policy that we receive our order within the said time frame. We received absolutely nothing 12 hours later, no pizza or even an apology for providing such terrible service. This was a horrible waste of my time attempting to purchase from this business and I would give 0 stars if there was that option. Do yourself a favor and go to the Domino’s down the street!
I ordered chicken shawarma pizza from Pizza pizza Jesper, Cambridge. First of all the call centre lady was hardly able to understand english. The pizza is too much expensive, that’s ok but it came cold. That is not acceptable.
Had Gluten free Pizza, very tasty, well cooked, staff very friendly and professional. Highly recommended this location.
I just ordered a pizza and it came with the wrong toppings. I called Pizza Pizza customer service to see if I would be refunded, they called this location to check and the store told them to refund me $4.00. I persisted and customer service told me the store stood firm on a $4.00 credit, and that I’d need to drive to the store to speak with them directly. If the store responds to this and says “we have no record of your order” it’s because someone else ordered on my behalf. Just a heads up to people considering ordering a pizza from this location, if this is how they treat customers I’m guessing the way they run things behind the scenes (cooking and cleaning) is just as poor.

Good pizza, wings. The wings were good however it would be better if the sauce was on the side, seemed a tad expensive.
I came around 11pm on feb 25th, found the most coolest white guy on shift, he was friendly and honestly grants great service. Although this isn’t the closest pizza pizza to us, meeting this guys and his service is worth the few minutes of drive. Will come back because of him for sure
