Moved to Cambridge few months ago and have been checking sharwarma places in the city. By far Osmows Sharwarma in Cambridge Mall is the best, go to place, for Shawarma, quality and quantity wise. Ordered large chicken on salad and my wife order a beef warp. Having seen customers demanding more and more garlic to be put on their meal, I instructed the server to be bit conservative, so I can get a taste of the meal rather than just the garlic sauce. The food was awesome and the staff was very courteous and quick to serve. Highly recommended!
I visited this morning and was getting late for work so the guy made a shawarma really quick. The taste was amazing and the chicken was very fresh.Quick service and helpful staff! Keep it up guys :)
Went there to get dinner last evening. Ordered chicken shawarma on salad. I have had this same thing from another osmovs and it was awesome. But Cambridge Centre Osmovs dish was non edible and i threw away after a few bites. Chicken was dry and rubbery. The salad was soggy and horrible. Tooooo much garlic sauce made the dish look like swimming pool. Bad bad bad.
Great place. Probably won't be back because they never have beyond meat when I come here specifically for it. Falafel is good tho
I had Chicken Shawarma Wrap and Falafel. The shawarma tasted like a normal wrap that we would get from local shops. It didnt taste anywhere near the authentic Arabic Shawarma. So, If you are looking for Arabic Shawarma, this isn't the place to go for. Go someplace else. The Falafel was the worst ones I have ever had. I never expected this bad. I bought 5 pieces box and had to throw away all of it. It couldn't even be donated to someone. It was that awful.
I have experience with this restaurant. Also, i find the customer service is really good. I know i guy there Sarvadeep, I really appreciate the effort of that guy for the customer service. Will recommend all to go there and thanks me later
Ordered chicken on the rocks/fries. They did not put rice but all fries instead. Fries were not seasoned. Sauce was bland. Chicken was dry. Osmows’ quality depends on location. This aint the one ..
Osmow's used to be a decent place for shawarma when they first opened up a couple years ago. Lately, however, the quality has gone way downhill. The quality of the meat they use is low-end resulting in sinewy, griselly, cartilage-filled chicken. The staff don't really try, having actively ignored requests for toppings or having something on the side rather than on the dish. The price has shot up as well as you're now charged per every single topping or sauce that you add versus just having special or premium toppings charged.There's better shawarma in Cambridge, and it's not hard to find.

Best place to get shawarma in all the town. Everybody should go there at least once and check it out. Great place and good people and best of all great food. Do visit it once and you won’t be dissatisfied.
