I’m not sure they are open at 11am, last time when I was there around 11:15am they are not ready to open . Wasted time going there during my break. ?
I love to eat at mr sub the subs are always fresh and immaculately made. Personal favourite is the employee Omari as he’s always in a good mood and happy to help when I can’t decide what I want. Love the food love the people would recommend

I visit this location multiple times a week and the service is amazing as well as the staff, my order is always correct. The staff is very welcoming and very friendly to everyone.
Paid for a sub that never came with order called store and was told owner would call. Next day another employee called and said he would get owner to call. Needless to say that after 2 weeks and still no call or sub or money back in my books thats theft. Everyone says support local restaurants Hope not all steal from customers like this place
I love this location. The staff is always great . Tonight there was a young man working the counter he was friendly and went above and beyond customer service needs and expectations . I wish there was a debt tip option as I didn't have as much change as I wish I did to tip .

Great subs and even better service. Owner was super friendly, accepted our coupons and even went above and beyond that. The Mr Sub on hespeler rd wouldn’t allow dine in but this location does with proof of vaccination. All around great place!
