Service was fast and friendly. However, this location does not have the meatless (plant-based) subs available on their menu.
1st time going to this location. Walked in, waited 5min no one came, heard chatter in the back. Someone came to drive in to take a drink, looked at me. I said hi, she went to back. 5min later. Still no one. I work as a psw, only had 15mins for a break, so had to move on
For 2nd time out of 3 we went through the drive thru and recieved our subs missing items. Also had very little for toppings. For the price of the subs i wasnt really pleased with the quality and number of toppings. Only saving grace was management making things right and offering 2 subs for free to compensate for this. Thank you for handling this fast and professionally.

Literally just went through the drive-thru & Ordered 2 Subs! Not Happy, Whomever made these subs was in total rush and didn't care.Mayo Should not drip out of the sides like a BIG MAC , Chicken was cold , bun was soggy, It was a mess. I will not be ordering at this location again, Rather go to HESPELER ROAD
Went in the drive thru. Everything twas fresh including the bread. Staff was prompt and friendly. This is the only Mr Sub I will go to. Always consistent.
Subs are always made wonderful and employees have great customer service skills!
Usually really good but this time was bad.First she didn't think rhey took coupons,then she didn't put cheeze on my 2 assorted subs.
