***NOT 24HRS****I've attempted to order from this restaurant around 10 times this winter and each time they told me CLOSED. Hire a capable night shift manager or take your 24hr signs down and adjust your times on google accordingly.Never had an issue with A&W...So go give them your business when you are denied service.

Please update your hours on Google. It is not open 24 hours, tried to order inside for takeout at 11:30pm and was told to leave because they were closing. Other than that I don't really have a problem with this particular mcdonalds, it's okay.

Last three trips to McDonald's Main St., Cambridge.Feb.18 ordered Seniors LG. Decaf Coffee with cream a Seniors LG. Green Tea black. Total should be $3.45.Gave the girl $20.00 bill she handed me back a handful of change. Said she didn't have any bills. Counted it before pickup window and it was $13.00 and change. At pickup window I complained manager came over took the change and came back with a ten dollar bill, five dollar bill and correct change.Feb. 20 same order girl on cash told me it was $4.98 and I said it should only be $3.45. She said it was because of the tax. Argued some more and she corrected it and gave me correct change from a $5.00 bill.Feb.21 same order girl says $4.61 and I argued again. No $1.00 coffee but should only cost $3.70 she finally called someone over and corrected it. Gave her a $5.00 bill and she still didn't get the change correct.Will not go here again will drive out of my way to Brantford or Paris where the same order is 50-60 cents cheaper.

it was lunchtime and they ran out if fries, frustrating for some on a time limit. We were sent to the spots where you park and wait for food. Food came 10 minutes later and when we opened it at home the fries were all half full. Perhaps they put half fries in the orders to catch up? to make fries stretch for more orders? Not a very good experience.

Absolutely terrible. From the lack of customer service when placing an order, to the actual order. Pictured below are both medium (one a black coffee, with the top inch kissing) - no big deal, second is also a medium latte, that has below 1/2 the cup filled … getting this served after about a 8 minute wait.Order was incorrect, overcharged since a promo hot beverage was used on a coffee vs latte - mentioned this several times when ordering.I dislike that when you do drive though, you drive away and 5-10 minutes later you realize everything they got wrong or right - and the hassle of driving back to have it corrected is not worth the time and effort. Just very poorly managed.

This is the final straw. After ordering from here off skip on several occasions they still refuse to make an order right. This time I got my Junior chickens barely wrapped and had sauce all over the bun. On top of that I had ordered a Double Big Mac and they couldn’t even manage to make that, instead they made a regular Big Mac and put it in a double box. They have officially lost mine and my families loyalty and respect to the brand.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. I waited in the first drive through lane for 10 minutes and they were taking orders from other lane. They took 4 orders from other but it should be one by one. They didn’t even apologize and were not listening to us while we tried to tell them. Worst drive through experience ever. The time was 00:30 on 31st december 2021. Please train your crew members some adequate and how to serve.

Only go a few times and it's always issues went a few times at night u sit in drive thru for 45 mins before it even moves to order takes hour in a half to get a meal, we stopped doing that, ordered once a few days ago from them through skip they didn't send me one of my fries and the next fry was half full I paid extra for sauce on the side we never received it , I call it in the management Said I need to contact skip for a refund does this make sense done with this location

Ordered online chose curb side pickup. I’ve been sitting in 1 for 23 min and no one has brought out my food that has already been paid for. 4 cars have been served before me.

I paid $67.31 for 4 wraps a chicken burger combo and 2 big Mac combos and a kids meal and 20 piece spicy chicken nuggets never received my nuggets nor the kids meal nor the chicken burger combo and called to tell them about it they said they will note it saying what I never received which was my 3 wraps and kids meal and the chicken burger combo only the drinks I received for the combos so the lady said she will put my name in the book so when I go there I'll receive my rest of order so when I got there today they told me that they can't help me and nor did I getthe receipt either only proof I had was saying I paid mcdonalds $67.31 threw my bank that the guy asked to see it which I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed to do. And he said I can't receive nothing so wow again this ain't the first or second time either this happened to me.
