It was really busy when I went.They had me park to wait and normally means a wait. However my food came out no more then 3 mins later all hot and correct ?.Great job even when it was busy.

Very disappointed in the service. My husband ordered dinner on his was home from work. Order a Big Mac with bacon for me. When he got home I opened my bag to eat and here is my Big Mac with no burger patty just 3 buns lettuce,cheese and bacon. Like come on how do you miss the most important part of the burger. Not impressed.

This Location needs a lesson in Mathematics or at least train your cashier when coupons & codes are given. When questioned the Manager (both) why the bill is more than it should be. There response was "Well the cashier was not to input both coupons on one bill". Last time I checked, my title is "Not my Problem". Instead of refunding the value of $25.00 difference, he quote on quote said that's why we refund you $5.00. The Bill should only come to $40.00 instead of $65.00. So, Check your bill before you pay, as one story does not stick to there TEAM.

Was trying to buy coffee and donuts but was denied donuts even though they were loaded in the display case right in front of me..?Then was $0.10 short to get a burger and so I was charged only for a coffee because that's all the woman rang in for the order cus I guess $0.10 short to such a small time franchise might break their bank roll..?Last time I was stuck with this place being my only open option I tipped like $2.50. But that counts for nothing these day I guess?Sorry I am not happy with this location, a girl came in and asked if the rest room had a key, but she was flat out denied and rudely I must add.

Ordered 2 drinks, an iced tea and a smoothie and was asked to park and wait…. waited 5 minutes for a smoothie.. pretty sure the machine does all the work so not sure why my ordered was put off and others were helped before we were for 2 drinks.

This location abuses parking customers in order to make their drive-thru times appear better. Every time I visit, even for a simple thing that does not require any cooking, I get asked to pull up and someone will bring out the order (sometimes having to wait 10-15 minutes, obviously forgotten about). It became obvious that this was bad training when the last few times, I would get asked to park only to have someone walk behind the crew member with my order.Folks, it does not take 15 minutes (let alone 60 seconds) to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it. Train your staff better. No one has time to wait 5 let alone 15 minutes for a bagel at 8 am. This is unacceptable. If I wanted to wait, I would not go to a QSR.I will give them some credit, the crew members are polite, same with what I believe was the store manager. However, Tyler (shift manager or TL?) has an attitude and I don't think he should be working in the service industry.I will not be returning to this location.

This McDonald's has always gone above and beyond to stay on the cutting edge of McDonald's class. It's kept the play place, added a mix of comfy seating near a fire place or bench seating to watch kids play. Staff fix ANY issue.

waited 12 minutes for the curbside delivery after order was confirmed. 630pm and definitely not busy and order was standard meal deals (×2). too slow, no matter what the reason.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I had an order that was 100$ and the whole order was wrong, completely wrong! When you order a plain hamburger kids meal your expecting to get a plain burger NOPE, it said plain hamburger but guess what.., it had cheese, my son as a dairy allergy good thing we actually look before we let him eat it.When I called to speak with the manager or supervisor I don’t think she understood anything I was saying , when I asked her to fix the order she told me nope, we can’t remake any order due to us ordering online. I don’t think she understands that the delivery people just pick up the order, MCDONALDS staff makes the order.. NEVER GOING BACK! She couldn’t even explain how they messed up and completely forgot 4 meals all together.

I visited last evening 6:59 pm 26th Jan . Ordered 20 nuggets and was given spot #1 to wait. After waiting for 12 mins ,we got the wrong order and again kept waiting.....we got our order after waiting for 15 Mins. All the nuggets were raw and my 5 years old ate 1 and we realized they are raw. We again drove back and notified the manager and he asked us to throw it.He prepared a new order and gave us a 6 lil donut coupon. He took our phone # and name and told us that the store manager will call us in the morning for a health check on my daughter. Nobody cared to call. Very disappointing...
