Sad to say McDonald's on Franklin benear Holiday Inn dr was less than desirable this evening.Women's washroom was messy wish bits of toilet paper on the floor including one of the big rolls from the dispenser.There was very little water coming from the tap when trying to wash my hands.The air dryer had little air pressure. But the worst was loud, piped in music to the bathroom. I've never seen that else where before.After all that, I chose to leave rather than wait to place an order

This McDonald's continues to be a good outlet, if you over look the fact they put their fingers inside your cup on inside your lid. Order was packed correctly.

Been coming here for years, and it has been and continues to be the SLOWEST fast food experience around. I understand the pandemic has messed everything up but this places speed issues predate that. Food when it finally arrives is always great, but you can wait literally 22 minutes in the drive through lineup only to be told you need to wait longer in the reserved spot for your food. I've waited almost an hour all-in before

Waited 20 minutes to have my order taken with no one in front of me. Ordered a 10pc nugget meal with a large drink and fries and a medium chocolate milk shake. Finally get my food and its a McChicken with a medium drink and large milkshake. I tell them i ordered nuggets and they give them to me. After i leave i try the fries and realize they are not salted at all. I then dip a nugget in a package labeled as BBQ sauce and eat it. Quickly realize that it most certainly is not the normal BBQ sauce but is actually what seems to be fermenting ketchup. Altogether a horrible ordeal that cost me $20 to experience.

They continually forget to pack all the items in the bags. Last year it was my son's cookies, this year it was a burger. Both on a birthday occasion.

I have no real issue with McDonalds taste. I just stop going here because 3 out of 5 attempts they messed up my drive thru order. One time I got a big Mac with to bottom buns and no top. I'm usually part way down the 401 before I notice something is missing. Just saying to double check your bag.

Repeated order twice through the drive through. Waited 10 minutes "at the white line" which is the only thing staff said to me at the window. girl delivers order completely wrong. Laughs uncontrollably and tells me I need to go park and to inside to pay for the fries and drink I didn't get in my meal. Let's just say it was a disappointing experience today.

Went to this location yesterday for the first time. Asked for a serviette with my meal and the attendant had no clue what it was. Seriously!? Drove away and when I opened my fish fillet, found it to be cold and unappetizing. Definitely not recommended!

Usually ok but slow. Todays order took 20 min and was missing one of the 5 sandwiches ordered. Not driving back to get it. Last week 20 min as well but at least it was right. It's busy and new staff are trying but it's less than stellar.

This location is close to my house so it's generally the first choice. BUT they forget main items every.single.time. like chicken nuggets from a happy meal or big Mac from a regular meal. Never fails. I have paid for so much food there that I've never gotten to eat. After several times I finally learned my lesson and went inside to order.I paid at 4:52pm. At 5:17 they called my number, my order was ready.During that wait 2, yes 2 customers came in, stood at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes each and then turned around and left as not one staff member even acknowledged them.A new staff started their shift and waited at the counter to do what I presumed covid checks, the managed asked 'have you caught covid since you've been here last?' I get it. We are all over covid, but if you aren't going to bother why make your staff stand there and wait??After getting my food, I checked everything. I was missing one of the quarter pounders and dipping sauces from both happy meals. Anyone with dip-crazy kids knows thats a big deal.I just don't get it. There was two managers/supervisors working but neither stepped in/up to fix anything. The staff are always polite but the accuracy and care are wayyy below the bar.
