Great food, no issue with reservations. Our server was super friendly but time management was not her skill. We sat for at least 30 minutes or more after finishing main course to either ask for dessert or pay the bill. We decided to not ask for dessert as it took so long after eating to even get her attention and the restaurant was no where near full capacity. Other servers were definitely noticing that we were waiting with a full family (toddler included) to have our bill closed. She didn't run the food either so I'm not sure how she was unable to keep up.
I have been at this restaurant 3 times and have never been impressed. Was just there on may 18, 2022 and ordered the steak fajita $25.99. It was bland, little to no flavor, and rice was partially burned and dried out. The birthday girl and myself ordered the same dish ...there was 7 of us dining. Both of us were unhappy with the dinner. I complained to the waitress and after she spoke to the chef she came back saying he would take 25% off of the price. It still wasn’t worth $20..00. They also gave my daughter the wrong dinner. She did get the dinner she initially ordered and the wrong dinner was left at the table and was free.The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating.Very, very disappointed in their errors. Will never go back.3 strikes and your out!!
They are pushing some "new" items so I ordered the Big Rig Burrito. Well Burritos, in my opinion, should be unfinishable. Nope. this one was moderate at best. But the thing is, and I think I am correct here, the fillings are supposed to be rolled on top of each other. Not beside each other. I ended up with a "neopolitan ice cream" style burrito. Beef then Rice then Refried Beans. Not a very nice experience at all. For the price. It should be twice the size, oh and made correctly.The server was quite pleasent "JD cuz that is what his mamma put in his bottle" he described himself as.Anyway a fairly big fail. The flavours were good. for both meals, just wrong for one. And portions vs. cost are way off.Update: Managment reached out to discuss the issues and although the item is no longer available its preperation was corrected. I will review again if/when I return.
My son and I had dinner there tonight. Ordered our drinks (a water and a root beer) 5 min later server came back and asked us again what our drink order was. Not a big deal. Ordered our food and got our alligator bits where the smaller pieces were burnt. Again meh not a big deal. Then our food came out my son got his steak first and they brought me food that I didn’t order. They made it right and brought me my fajitas in a timely fashion. My son ordered his steak mid well and it was rare at best. He couldn’t eat it so we traded our plates. The steak was TERRIBLE!!!! The cut of meat and the way it was prepared. The fajitas were extremely plain no seasoning and the portions of toppings were severely lacking. Our server was very receptive to our concerns and offered to adjust our bill which we declined and payed the bill, we did receive what we ordered in the end. Quality of food was terrible. Can not recommend this location.

Oh man, did I ever have an EXPERIENCE.Listen, I'm gross. I basically like my chicken to be Jerky.I like it SO overcooked that I want the kitchen to think it's garbage - then cook it a little longer.And let me tell you - this place DELIVERED on that request. Best chicken I have ever consumed in a restaurant in my life!And SUPER friendly and amazing wait staff!
Usually our favorite place but waited 10 minutes before anyone noticed us in the lobby. Our chips were all broken up because they hadn't made more. The fajitas were good and the waitress was nice but couldnt get over the lapse of attention. And yes...complimentary chips and salsa is a big deal for us when eating Mexican food! Disappointed.
Made a reservation through OpenTable for 6:30 tonight, stood at the door for 9 minutes, two servers walked past and did not great us. Finally the host came after 9 minutes and greeted us and sat us. Our server was friendly. I ordered the chicken fajitas and my husband ordered the jack and peppercorn burger. Food took a little while but not a big deal. When the food arrived he was given the double bacon burger instead of what he ordered. The server was insistent that he ordered what he was given. He ate some of the burger but he wasn't pleased with it. My fajitas were okay but the amount of chicken and cheese was disapointing. Overall I was pretty disappointed with wait times and overall attentiveness of the staff.
was here to pick up takeout and the food tasted good. the restaurant seemed awfully understaffed on a tuesday evening with multiple groups waiting at the front door with no server available and the phone was ringing with no one to pick it up. after waiting a little bit, the server that helped me pick up my order was sweet albeit seemed a bit stressed. it would be nice for management to consider staffing a couple more employees during peak hours to lower stress among employees and decrease waiting time for customers.
Super long wait time, but that’s because of current restrictions. After Monday, should flow much better! Our server Dolly, was very friendly and nice to us during our visit. Food was hot, and tasted great! Margarita was also phenomenal!
