Ordered a chicken sandwhich, 2 Flatbread sandwiches and some chicken but the gave us 2 biscuits and 2 small boxes of low quality chicken. Scammed us out of our money and gave us terrible food. Horrible location
I haven't had KFC in many year and everything was great until I ate the chicken the bones where Black meaning it not good quality chicken . I won't be going back again .
The chicken was not bad. However, I didn't get cutlery and napkins.I got to the table and they were no plates.
Many times I went during the day, I had no problems being served and the food I ordered was hot and very good. They were very nice and helpful. They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances and Parking Lots. They share their Parking Lot with other stores. I have been inside to eat at their diner area. They do keep it clean. They do have washrooms. Sometimes, it gets busy and I have to wait in line. I have used their drive through many times. Most of the time it moves quickly.
Old chickenSent me old, reheated, dry, overcooked chicken. Had 0 flavour. Some pieces had old dry chunks of old grease. Absolutely disgusting and insulted. Will never order again.
ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Worst KFC to go to. Started eating my food then half way through, I started to feel a long string as I was chewing & I knew instantly that it was a hair. I pulled out the hair from my mouth & my gf said she can see another hair in my mouth. I spit the food out, and find another strand of hair in my burger. Nice to know that hair nets are not used at this location. Despite this being 1 location, this makes me not want to eat at any other KFC locations again.
I'm not sure why some of the latest reviews are not in favor of the restaurant, but my experience today is more than awesome! I was in the drive thru and ordered a bucket. I casually asked if it was possible to throw some extra dips for me. I didn't see her name but the girl gave me 6 extra dips! I thought they might give like 2/3, but this was an awesome experience for me today. Highly recommend for their superb service.
Food tasted great server was awesome but get m y order and being I didn't check first I was given the wrong order and paid two much for the toonie Tuesday I was given when I asked for a 4 piece and larger macaroni
DO NOT GO TO THIS KFC LOCATION....This is what you get when you order their Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich (see the picture)...!!!Called customer care and the store, but they are the rudest people I have ever talked to. The store person dint even know proper English... Never going back to this place. Not worth wasting your money here. Can't give negative or zero stars, hence 1 star... this place is not even worth 1 star.
Doesn't taste like the original from years ago. Usually it's somewhat salty but this time it didn't have any taste and the gravy was like water. I've never seen the gravy that runny before. Mind you I don't eat there often any more but years ago I did. Didn't realize they changed the recipe. The coleslaw definitely isn't the original. It wasn't horrible but it isn't what it used to be. The fries and tenders were delicious. Service was great.
