the first time I entered this building was during the covid pandemic. after my order was taken, I was eventually told I could not be served and was given a flyer to go online. I couldn't process what had happened and went to A & W and I was taken good care off.never went back,, had to get that off my chest
Ordered on Uber they didn't give me half my items. I called them to see if I could get it sent out with another order I placed for the remaining items they said no and I just had to deal with it and pay again for the items I have already paid for. terrible service very rude on phone
Was impressed with how fast the service was. Matthew made our burgers, and I was very pleased with the humor and enthusiasm he has! Keep it up man... you an asset and you deserve the recognition!
Was at the Dundas street location in Cambridge. Quick friendly service with a smile. Order completed fast as correct. Staff friendly welcoming and interacting with customers
I've given this location too many free passes. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru despite only ordering 1 combo and the car in front of me also ordering 1 combo. You'd think with how long they take they must be making everything fresh to order but it isn't, it's usually cold.I live in the area and it's honestly faster for me to drive all the way to the Harvey's on hespeler rd, at least I'll have my food faster.To the owner of this location, I don't know what problems you are having that's causing this dysfunction but I'd suggest asking the hespeler rd location for advice and Training
Made me wait in drive thru for 10 mins. Car ahead of me was getting swiss chalet and should have been told to wait in the designated parking spots... My hamburger and fries were freezing cold as a result... This location has suffered from poor quality food and service for a long time now. Hopefully the DM will take note...
Went with family after church.. we were all able to sit together it was nice... I ate a poutine ... delicious, lots of gravy and cheese... PERFECT FOR A SPRING /COLDER DAY..A young man was cleaning tables near us a took time to say hello and ask if we needed anything. ?????
This place has gone downhill quick! I just placed an order through drive-thru. When I got up to the window to pay for my order, they now have a tip option for debit. I’m sorry you want a tip for me choosing to drive to your restaurant and order food while you stand there and take my order?. Not to mention your food isn’t cheap, and this is what I get. I ordered frings, there was literally 4 onion rings in there and a few fries. Do you guys count the fries before you put them in? Seems like it! They were cold and stale. My pop spilled all over my car because of your cheap coffee lids you use. I will never be back!
This location should be shut down. Horrible quality! Fries are always cold, everything is just thrown together all sloppy. I’ve never been to a worse Harveys and it’s an insult to the company name. Employees are miserable at the window. Manager should be ashamed!
