An excellent Hakka restaurant in Cambridge. Has a very nice atmosphere if you decide to dine in. The only issue here is that it's a popular spot and can get quite busy during evenings or weekends. As for take out, food is the same quality. Typically if you call in your order ahead of time the wait is usually 20 to 30 minutes. Good value for your money. The sweet corn soup and Manchurian chicken are 2 of my favourites! Will certainly consider this one of my favourite local restaurants.

Beautiful ambience and great quality food at affordable prices. The service was quick enough on a busy weekend and the servers were friendly too. We had ordered chicken soup, panner chilli, chicken momos and noodles, it was delicious and in great quantity. Most recommended if you’re craving for Indian Hakka style food.

I really like the chicken noodles, this time i ordered deluxe fried rice. It is good food! Reasonable price with big serving ?

I think after long time i have ate Hakka food so fresh and good… i must say everyone must try their soup and momos its so fresh and good in taste.

Visited after 2 years. Tried crispy chilli paneer and crispy cauliflower very goodIncreasing 1 ⭐️

I really liked Munchurian and hakka noodles from this place. This place is clean and has an ambience. Customer service is good and the staff is friendly. We have been to this place so many times, and had good food most of the time. I did not like paneer tikka/ Masala as it was very sweet. Also, should add breads to the menu.

so in love with their food! I have tried multiple items from the menu and have loved everything so far! It's a big menu- so this could take awhile! My friend introduced me to them and they are pretty close to my favorite now!

A while back, we went to Hakka Hutt at 688 Hespeler Rd, Cambridge, Ontario. Hakka Hut is known for its’ relaxed eatery serving traditional Indo-Chinese dishes in a warm and stylish atmosphere. I personally was super excited to try it out here because the fusion of Indian and Chinese food sounds so delicious, so I had to give it a shot!Firstly, we got the Chilly Crispy Potatoes in extra spicy ~ which are a supreme ADDICTIVE snack that leaves you wanting more. These fried potato fingers are tossed in a House Hot Sauce Indian style. The spiciness was spot on!!! LOVING THE HEAT! We also got the Extra Spicy Chicken Szechuan Noodles ~ consisting of egg noodles combined with carrots, peas, pepper, and soy sauce in this delectable dish. it's the ideal complement to Indo-Chinese cuisine! Lastly, we got the Extra Spicy Dragon Chicken which was incredibly flavourful and has just the right amount of spice. Overall, the food and service were both excellent. The portion sizes are generous, which is ideal because we get to enjoy delicious leftovers for another day or two. I can’t wait to come back and eat here again! To hear about this review, follow us @eatinontario on Instagram and Facebook.

I would say this is probably my fault for not speaking clearer. But we ordered food for pick up yesterday and specifically asked for no sour sauce on our chicken balls came to pick up and long and behold a lot of sauce. Now the person who returned our money was polite enough to ask if we wanted to obtain another order but we simply asked for our money back. If you enjoy Indian food this is great place to go but if your expecting Chinese cuisine I recommend you do not.

WORTH IT! This was my first time at Hakka Hut, I had heard of many of the dishes that were favourites by many and so I decided to give it a try. For those wondering this restaurant is HALAL. I had visited during COVID time but the restaurant atmosphere did have some people dining it so it didn’t feel empty. I decided to try there Hakka Noodles specifically the Chicken Hakka noodles as that is their star dish, and let me tell you it was worth it, it was hot, in good proportion/quantity and tasty, it lives up to its name and if you are in the Cambridge area and looking for an South Asian/ Thai food I recommend this place. They also feature many Vegetarian options for those who are looking. I also tried the Sweet & Sour Pineapple chicken and it was amazing and flavourful unlike some of the most talented Asian cuisine sweet and sour chicken I have tasted. Even during the times of covid where more and more restaurants are instead coming out with colder food, food in smaller proportions and generally bad, Hakka Hut really shines through. I didn’t try many of the options from the Menu, on my first time but I will surely be back. The only con I would say is I didn’t get to enjoy the Dine-in aspect of this restaurant as I’m sure the service would be great from my encounter with the reception! Great job Hakka Hut! - Ziaan Virk
