Gino was recommended to us by a friend last year as a caterer for our wedding. Although communication from Gino was not very good, we managed to get everything confirmed and we were looking forward to the big day. Everything seemed to be going to plan all until 1 week til our wedding day, when Gino sent us invoice which was almost double the cost of what he had quoted us. He had upped the food cost and also added a buffet charge and a hire charge which was never previously mentioned or quoted. When we queried this, Gino said it was due to the rise in food and fuel costs and that he was sorry his 'admin assistant' didn't tell us. Although, we had never heard anything from an admin assistant previously, as all communication (or little of it) was from Gino. These new costs seemed completely unrealistic and like they were plucked from thin air. The reasons for the price increases did not match the invoice. We felt like Gino had completely backed us into a corner, as with 7 days until our wedding day, how were we to afford these ridiculous price increases we hadn't budgeted for, or how could we possibly find a replacement service at such short notice. We were not sure if this was a massive lapse in judgement and poor organising or if this was a complete hustle. All we knew is that we couldn't trust Gino to have any further involvement in what to us was the most important day of our lives. Through all of this, we feel there wasn't really any remorse and that he was perhaps just trying his luck. We managed to find a replacement service elsewhere who were absolutely fantastic.

Walk in. Asked for thin crust, twice. Didn't get it, they even repeated the order back to us. So disappointed.

WARNING, do not order from this location until they get their staffing situation sorted.We got a cold pizza about an hour and a half after we ordered.Driver said they can't get staff.

Double charged for a pizza, took almost 2 weeks to get my money back… great pizza but, this experience made me commit to never returning

We found a hair in our crust last night.. we just got home from a funeral so not the top thing on my mind to call.... called this morning and got told “Sorry nothing we can do as you have to call the day you get the pizza” then disconnected the call.

Ordered a veg pizza, got pepperoni instead. Unethical.

Went in for a slice of Hawaiian but only had pepperoni asked for pineapple tobe added which they aways do no problem but this time she charged me for an extra topping which never happened before shot conversation saying I will never be back she didn't care to top it off before I left a mixed pie was coming out part of which was Hawaiian great service by that employee

We’re weekly pizza goers and thought we’d give Gino’s try, over are usual spot and what a mistake. Dough/crust was incredibly stale and oddly flat and the entire pizza was flavorless. It actually looked and taste worse than a frozen pizza… Can only recommend you avoid the Hespeler location, as it by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Hope this helps!

My girlfriend Just called and asked about pick up special and they gave her the options so We ordered a X-Large pepperoni pizza for pick up and she tells me it will be ready in 20 minutes, I show up 20 minutes later and I tell them I’m picking up my pizza and they looked at me confused, as they didn’t have any pizzas and no one called in to order anything and when I brought up that the woman who was working was who we talked to on the phone, she again just looked at me confused and told me they didn’t have any pizzas ready, Gino’s is cheap pizza with cheap service, go anywhere else for cardboard with pizza sauce on it

I ordered pizza on line.After picking up and paying for my pizza, I noticed the toppings were only on half of my pizza.When reviewing the email with staff it showed I ordered on half of pizza. How this happened I have no idea. The staff said I should call customer service. All they did was put me on hold after listening to my problem then hung up.Gino's have customer care, very disappointed as I love their pizza. Time to look for a new pizza place.
