Not impressed with this location 3 reasons customer services isn't the best , update your times if you are open or not on Google and never hang up on customers then turn phone off I think that's incredibly rude and poor customer service I called back numerous times to place order and everytime you guys hung up on called back again you shut the phone off .
Went out of their way to deliver two medium pizzas during desperate times at 1 am on a snowy Monday night. Best service ever. 100% would recommend

Highly disappointed in the quality of the food here. I have fond memories of Double Double when I was in college. Not sure if the brand has taken a nosedive or just this franchise, but it wasn't a great dinner.The pizza was passable, but the cheese stuffed crust doesn't compare to stuffed crust from Papa Johns or even Pizza Hut. The toppings are the same old processed garbage that virtually every other pizza chain in the area serves. These places have to get a new supplier imo - one that offers real food.The chicken? I can't believe they sell this stuff. Tiny, dried out morsels with little flavor (unless dry vinyl is a flavor?) at the same price you pay elsewhere. Way better bang for your buck at Popeye's, Mary Brown's or even (gasp) KFC.Even the potato wedges were disappointing. They used to be flavorful wedges back in the day. Now they are just randomly chopped potatoes with the same dry vinyl seasoning as the chicken. I don't want a hunk of potato when I order wedges, I would like well, you know, actual wedges that have more surface area to season properly.Gravy was "meh." Texture was right. Flavor again was a bit bland but not terrible.We'll be double double thinking before we order from Double Double again.
Terrible service.Arrived very late and was cold when we got it. Took forever to actually pay and get the pizza inside my house. Lady on the phone who took my order was unpleasant and unhelpful

I've gone here for lunch quite a few times. The employees who are always working around that time are quite efficient with getting through the rush. Being in the service industry myself I empathize with them, as some of the customers I've witnessed them serve are quite rude which can make a stressful time even worse.However, when I went in today I was quite disappointed to see that neither one of them were properly wearing their masks. Myself and many of the other customers were wearing masks properly - I expect the people handling my food to do the same.To the owner, I hope you have a discussion with your staff about the importance of masks and enforce their use.
I will give the chicken one star. It is the worse tasteless most dried out chicken I have ever ate in my life. No taste of seasoning. Their tatars are the best. I go out of my way to get them here. I sent emails everywhere when I had my bad experience here and never got as much as a reply. If you want good chicken don't go here.

Usually good but the last few times quality hasn't been there and lost recently the fries are very over cooked...
