The staff is nice and friendly, food tastes really good.You will never get disappointed.

Not sure what has happened at this location - maybe new owners but the pizza I got today was terrible. Hardly any sauce. Very doughy and not much on the pizza. Seems like these folks are trying to scrimp on ingredients. Had a Dominos pizza two weeks ago from the Hespeler location and it was amazing so I guess I need to go there. Too bad cause this place used to be fantastic and the gal that worked the front desk was fabulous. She wasn't there today so my guess is it's been bought and there are new owners. Cross this one off as one of my "go to" places.
Waited 40 mins for my food to be delivered. No honey garlic on the chicken even when she repeated my order. Told me they will send a remake but it will take ANOTHER 40 mins... hung up on me. Then called me back to tell me they dont normally put honey garlic on stuff so thats why the forgot. Okay????? Why should I have to wait 80mins plus for food.. HIGHLY disappointed.
We regularly order from this Dominos and generally love their service and pizza, but was disappointed today when an employee could not honour a coupon they gave me from my last order. As a long time customer, I was shocked no attempt was made to provide a different/comparable discount code, since they gave me what seems to be a previously used coupon. I explained it was not working online and the error messages I received and they basically told me there is nothing they can do. I would have happily brought the coupon into the store during pick up for them to see it themselves. *thumbs down*
This is definitely not domino's pizza I had tonight., Very disappointed,not to mention the customer service.This store should be inducted into the hall of shame.
Totally unsatisfied with not only the service, but also the attitude of the employee i just spoke with. After ordering online and being given an estimated time for delivery of 48-58 minutes... I waited 75 minutes before phoning the store. I was bluntly told "we are busy tonight so you will have to wait longer" I asked approximately how long the wait was, and was told unapologetically at least 45 minutes longer. When did courtesy and customer service go out the window? If customer has to wait over 2 hours for a pizza order maybe a better attitude or a complimentary offer would help the situation NOPE ...Great job Domino's Duncan, ?
Ordered a double cheese topping, it was less than a regular cheese pizza from Pizza Hut. NEVER HAVING DOMINOS AGAIN
First time i ordered from here...very disappointing..no flavor in sauce..cheaped out on all ingredients..2 mushrooms max per slice...garlic dipping sauce sucks.. charged me $5+? For a 30 second trip down the street...will not be ordering EVER Again...Pizza Pizza is far superior in every way.delivery
