I went there to buy a box of dilly bars, this location is selling it almost $5 more than any other location. For that box, a box of fudge bars and one blizzard it was going to be $37. I knew they sold cheaper than that so I went to the King St location and for the exact same order $27.
Location is alittle bit of a pain but the lady working the place was a one woman army, I've never had blizzards made so fast and so well ever!
Rachel helped us with our purchases(birthday cake for our dad) and she was extremely polite , it is so nice to see an individual actually enjoying and being nice to a customer, Rachel thank you so much for your amazing and wonderful service and the laughs ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It's been a long time since I had a soft cone from Dairy Queen.It was dipped with the new fruity coating instead of chocolate.What a difference. It was absolutely delicious.
I don't want to give this place a bad reputation but I had really bad service and I own a business and I see customer service as the most important thing you can have for you company other then great products and well I am not satisfiedI ordered a cake ahead of time and paid for it at the store and was happily going along with the party planning and I kept getting calls about we can't do this is it okay if we do this and we can't do that is it okay if we did that and I didn't mind any of this I understand not everything is going to be perfect and I don't mind at all but then when I called ahead of time to go pick it up to see if it was done They had no idea that I even ordered anything can't find my cake or my order slip and I felt like I was going to louse my temper and I thought "I wouldn't like someone to do that to me" so I kept patient now I am waiting on a call back to figure out what they are going to do but even though the situation hasn't been solved I was not going to wait to write something because I might change my mind and at this point I want to make sure that they get the review they deserveplease for your own good get organised and figure out what your doing because that was my money and precious time spent and I don't know whats going to happen and the stress is realcommunicate well with each other and figure things out pleaseUpdate everything worked out they where really sweet and apologized and the cake was perfect
The burgers at the Diary Queen have never been high on my list. They are very basic. I first ate them back in the 1970's. They specialities are the Ice Cream,. The strawberry milkshakes are great. That is the main reason I go there.
Love Dairy Queen! Who doesn't?But won't be going to the one in the Cambridge center again. Young lady on cash register did not seem to know how to use it. She could have been new, but the other young lady was rude to her and us. And when I received my Sunday and said "wow I have never had such a small about of sauce before"She very rudly told me that, that is the amount of hot fudge I get. Although I have been having the same Sunday my whole life. And of I want more I have to pay for it. So I did because I like the hot fudge more than just having a dish of icecream.We won't be back

Worst DQ ever they donot know how to make hot triple chocolate brownie. Will never visit this place again
